At no time did she ever receive services. The sales practices of Milan Laser are borderline predatory. When we attempted to cancel shortly after she signed the contract, nobody at Milan Laser answered the phone. When we had a charge from what we would later learn was the lender, nobody at Healthcare Finance Direct (HFD) would answer the phone. The website would not allow us to access our account. We had no idea what the charge was. Again, at no time (to our knowledge) during the next five months while we were being charged and disputing the transaction did anyone from Milan Laser reach out to our daughter to schedule services. When we finally put the pieces together as to what this mysterious charge was, Milan Laser refused to reconsider. They said it was too late, even though my daughter is in college now, does not need the treatments, does not want the treatments, and at no time received any services. Until such time as I receive my money back for services we do not want and never received, I will be telling everyone I come in contact with to never do business with this company!
