My doctor is Cara, I have sensitive skin, I have met with many other doctors before in different clinics and hospitals but I was never convinced to trust anyone with my skin and face. At no time did she ever receive services. The sales practices of Milan Laser are borderline predatory. When we attempted to cancel shortly after she signed the contract, nobody at Milan Laser answered the phone. When we had a charge from what we would later learn was the lender, nobody at Healthcare Finance Direct (HFD) would answer the phone. The website would not allow us to access our account. We had no idea what the charge was. Again, at no time (to our knowledge) during the next five months while we were being charged and disputing the transaction did anyone from Milan Laser reach out to our daughter to schedule services. When we finally put the pieces together as to what this mysterious charge was, Milan Laser refused to reconsider. They said it was too late, even though my daughter is in college now, does not need the treatments, does not want the treatments, and at no time received any services. Until such time as I receive my money back for services we do not want and never received, I will be telling everyone I come in contact with to never do business with this company!

When I mentioned my experience to a few people at work, one of my co-workers told me about Dr. Happel. After viewing his website, I decided to make an appointment. As soon as I walked into his office I knew things would be different than the previous doctor. I was very impressed with Dr. Happel. After the examination, I was not rushed out of the office. He really took his time answering all my questions and put my mind at ease. Once I decided to have the procedure done to remove the problem veins, his office handled the insurance work. The actual operation was very quick and I was home a few hours later. Before the operation Dr. Happel said the incision would be small. When I finally saw it, the first thing I thought was I had paper cuts that were bigger! It's been several weeks and the pain I had is complete gone. I would definitely recommend Dr. Happel.
