I don't normally post reviews but for this place - I need to. First off, I am new to the area so I want to try all the dispensaries in town. This place, I won't return back to. First off, the entrance to this place is shady af. Then going inside, there is a hole in the wall with a super black window. There was a customer in front of me and the way the person behind the dark glass spoke to him - was not only rude but complete void of any customer service. I know this is a place to buy weed but we are here to spend money. I came in with my wife and she was intrigued by the beautiful wall art; the person behind the glass yelled at my wife to stay behind the white line...there is a white line on the floor with white tape...guess where that sign was? As part of the wall art, by the ceiling, in cursive. We never made it inside because the whole vibe felt greasy like fat from a sick pig. Also, there's a sign that said "if found that you purchased from outside vendors, you'll be banned" don't know what that means but if the entrance is this bad, I can't imagine the quality of the goods inside. read more

The Rosamond store is associated with othe4 shops throughout LA and the SFV. However Rosamonfmd always changes the prices and they get rid of the point system time to time. They have attitudes when you ask and act as if they are not associated with the other shops. The bud tender was extremely nice but I was sold a fake cookies cart. When you turn the cartridge upside down it instantly moves and that's the first indicator that it is fake (regardless of the weather; wax shouldnt move fast. I called and told them this and they hung up on me. This is a simple way to prove it is is THC or not, it also doesn't make me high and gave me a headache. Been coming to this place for over a year and today (11-28-20) I got 5 individual grams of wax, after I told the girl behind the counter which type I wanted she counted out the 5 and placed them into the paper bag and stapled it closed. When I got home I realized that 1 of the containers was only about half a gram. I called the store and explained the situation and was told that the Manager said all sales are final and the best he could do was offer 1 gram of flower or a house joint. Can't believe the Manager wouldn't correct a $15 mistake on the store's part to make a loyal customer happy. Check your containers before you leave the store! read more

I was in dire need of good sticky flowers. This place use to have good products. Now they change their prices from one week to another. The garbage they have now is nothing to be excited about. Oz use to be 180 for private reserve. Now they jump to 240 for oz of garbage flower, calling it private reserve . Customer service is not what it use to be. The back room is clean. Their product variety is fair. Sometimes the stock can run a bit low. The vibe can be a bit tense at times. I have been frequenting the establishment for a while. In the beginning the staff was quite rude. Since then I have noticed they have gotten rid of some of the ruder bud tenders and hired new individuals. I have even had problems that I brought to their attention and they were addressed promptly. When you enter the premises the front room leaves something to be desired but the back room is very clean and organized. The company had safety glass installed. This provides a degree of separation from the staff for those of you who are COVID19 cautious. Of all the staff members, the nicest one in my opinion, is Jenn. She tries to remember your name and greet you by it when you walk in. The blond gentleman with the baseball cap that works their addresses me by name as well. I can't remember his name. My apologies.
