I've been a client for quite some time, so it's time for a review. First off 5 stars!! As I sit here and read some of these reviews, it makes me disappointed in some of humanity. Let's all keep in mind NOONE is perfect and those who feel entitled to special treatment for loyalty baffles me. People take advantage of their extremely convenient services and then feel the entitlement to leave a bad review? All because some of you feel you are not being rewarded for loyalty?!? How can that claim be factual when they give you points for every order? Points you can then turn into discounts. I think that's a pretty fair gesture of appreciation! This is a company that has beat the odds (considering the product) and found a way to provide very consistent services for the 420 family! They have awesome service times, even 1hour express!!! Let alone the vast variety of products and the best daily discounts. Anytime an issue arose, not often, the staff has always been fast and eager to fix the issue. THIS IS A 5 STAR BUSINESS!!!! Prices are ridiculous compared to other services I've used, the drivers are friendly(save for one bad experience recently), and the loyalty points didn't work for my last order so I ended up paying more than what the receipt said. I've used 420 Kingdom on and off for a couple years now but now I'm done. I feel robbed. Edit: I went back and looked at the order before my last one and realized they made me pay $20 more than what I was supposed to with rewards and discounts. We buy from these guys once or twice a month, each purchase around 100.00 tax included always give a good tip upon delivery. However twice we have purchased stizzys from them that have failed to work. Both times we were denied refunds, first time is because we part an item on sale, this time because we didn't report the failure with in 5 days. Tried to explain we didn't open it up with 5 days. But they refused. Also they have lied about appointment deliveries, telling me oh yea they are 5 minutes away, never show up, call them the next day, only to be told we tried to deliver, but you didn't answer your phone, well I not calling anybody out, UT got no such call. I've been using 420 Kingdom since it first started (4-5 years ago) and never had an issue till my last order. My cartridge wasn't working so i swapped it out and that exchange didn't end up working (bad batch i'm assuming). I called them back up today and the lady on the phone was super understanding and even offered to swap strains. I appreciate them swapping it two times so i can enjoy my product. Fixed problem! Initial: I got a skywalker og yesterday . I'm not getting high and it taste like JALAPEÑOS , and actually burns to use. I thought I was trippin and my brother tried it and said the same thing. Either way I wrote a review and they helped me to swap out a new stizzy and reassured me they do work along side stizzy, and have for a while. Quality of products aside, the website has been inaccurate to availability and communication obviously falls through the cracks often. My third review, though maybe not all on this platform. I really want to like this place. Sometimes they are on point and I've had many good experiences. As I mentioned in my last review, quality of service has decreased. YMMV. I really wish they were more professional and more consistent with their quality of service. For my latest order, the website never asked me how I wanted to pay. I normally pay cash but it defaulted to card. I dunno why, but okay, whatever. I inform the driver that I'm paying cash, and he's like well you originally selected card, so it has a $3 fee. I told him that was not the case, that it didn't give me that option. So he didn't feel like fixing that? Maybe it's hard. I get it. It's only $3. But still, he charged me the $3 anyway and this shouldn't happen. Next, there was an item out of stock even though it was in stock when I ordered. Fine, I'll substitute, but I ended up paying an extra $7 because this item was more expensive. But on the website it was $32 instead of $30 which was the other product's price. I asked him why is it so much more ($7) when it should be only $2 more?? It's not even my fault anyway that they are out of what I ordered. So he says, "Oh well each item has its own tax amount". wtf does that mean? So now an extra $7 plus the $3 for the "card" that I'm not using, equal $10 more. Finally, it was late (past the one hour mark) and normally I wouldn't care, but this time it made me run late for something else, and maybe that's on me, but it's worth noting that I didn't anticipate this because they have never, ever been late before, and I've ordered a lot. In fact, they're usually early. I believe they claim to offer a discount, but I don't know if this is really the case since no offer was made. It wasn't even acknowledged that they were late. I shouldn't have to "ask" for the discount. You know why? Because that sounds lame af to have to do. Why is it so hard get these basics done correctly? They were late, out of what I ordered, and overcharged me when it should have been discounted, if anything. To top it off, I even tipped him, just to be courteous, even though it was arguably not earned this time. In conclusion, I'm very disappointed and let down. As a regular customer who always tips generously, you'd think I'd get excellent service, but alas that is simply not the case. They have tremendous potential and have shown it before, but I'll be going back to Goddess Delivers for my orders from now on. Unfortunately I can no longer recommended 420 Kingdom. I even had been to the pop up location, and the service wasn't too good the first time I went in , the bud tender told me they only had one vape in stock and my wife went in after me and told her they had a few different ones and gave her a free joint for going into the pop up.
