I called on Monday morning and whoever I talked with was pretty rude. I was told if I text my address he would let me know when he could be out. By Wednesday I still hadn't heard from anyone so I texted asking if anyone was going to be able to come. He said they would be out after lunch so I stayed home so I didn't miss them. The father arrived and when I tried to give him the part we had ordered to fix the car, he looked at me and said "why, we don't even know what's wrong with it." First of all , when I called on Monday, I explained what was going on with the car and that we have a very urgent need for the vehicle but my mechanic is too covered up to complete the job. And second he was rude and told me me my mechanic, who I trust completely, didn't know what he was doing. Then he told me he didn't go behind anyone's back and it was clear someone had worked on it so he wouldn't touch it. My son was a very good mechanic before he passed away so I know this isn't the case. I feel he just didn't want to do the work. I called them out to look at my kia cadenza because it was overheating. They went out that same day to give me a quote, the next day they went out to"fix" my car. He was very professional and sent me pictures of what he fixed and replaced. The next couple of days the car started over heating again. Called them and it was difficult to get a hold of, eventually they came out and "fixed" her again. My car is still over heating and it's frustrating because we spend alot of money for them to "fix" my car. Now we have to look for another mechanic to see what it is because they didn't resolve our problem. The thing that irritates me is lack of communication when we were trying to contact them that my car is not fixed. read more

I don't usually spend my time with reviews, but this one is worth it. It all started with him calling me telling me he was 5 minutes out. To be between 4 and 5 and be here at 4:15 was great. I requested replacing downstream O2 sensor and he had it on his dash. I told him a parts store plugged in and told me that's what I needed. He said he would plug into to see if the car would say something different because they are often wrong. His machine said the downstream sensor was ok but the upstream was out. He also said if I replaced the downstream sensor the light wouldn't go out and I would be upset. He would be correct. Ha called the parts house and had it delivered in 10 minutes. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!. He had it replaced in 10 minutes. The price was, of course, higher than a shop, but not leaving my driveway and leaving my car at a shop was something I didn't want to do. Trinidad and Eric are the BEST! My fiancée and I flew out to Illinois to pick up a 1972 Pontiac LeMans. We planned to drive it home to San Diego,CA and take a road trip down old Route 66. On our 2nd day of travel we hit the road in OKC headed for Phoenix, AZ, about 50 miles in I hear Zack say uh ohhhh! And I was like what do you mean uh oh?! And he said I can't steer! We called the mechanic who worked on the car in IL and told him the problem and he said he checked on the power steering fluid and the belts and everything was good to go. Zack checked the engine to see if he could see anything and of course not being mechanically inclined we didn't really know where to look or what we were looking for exactly. We hit the road again and at at our next stop we heard a little rattling noise. Zack looked under the hood and saw that the power steering belt had snapped and was wrapped around the fan! OMG! We asked the lady at the gas station where the nearest auto parts store was and she said Amarillo which was about 45 miles out. We made our trek to O'Reilly's bought the belt and realized we need someone to come and help I mean SAVE us! Trinidad answered his phone right away and he and his son Eric came to save the day!!! They were both extremely professional, helpful and kind! They got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes and didn't charge us an arm and a leg! EXTREMELY reasonable price to not only put a new power steering belt on but also found out we were missing a bolt which was the cause for the belt to slip off and snap in the first place and tightened everything else they saw needed tightening. We are extremely thankful and appreciate the promptness of their arrival to help us (on a Sunday) and attention to detail to make sure we were all set and safe to continue our journey. read more

I was on a road trip from Los Angeles to Alabama and everything was going fine. As we pulled into the truck stop in Amarillo the car completely stalled. We checked every fluid and the battery, and everything was ok, but the car continued to stall. It was 7p.m. on w Saturday and every repair shop was closed. The worst part about it was every shop would be closed Sunday as well (we were in the Bible belt after all). Thankfully I found Trinidad who was able to come out to me the next morning. So we got the car towed to a hotel and rested up overnight. Trinidad came out first thing in the morning and immediately found out what the issue was. He was able to get us back on the road (without breaking the bank might I add) within the hour. Trinidad truly helped save my life. Without his services my kids and I would have been stranded in Texas for at least another day and I'm sure I would've spent much more dealing with someone else. To top it off, Trinidad was so kind and knowledgeable. Of you're ever having any issues or just need regular maintenance you MUST give Trinidad a call. read more
