Friday comes and Yensy is a no show, initially we feared the worse as this was very out of character for Yensy to not communicate a change in scheduled service. After my wife called and texted multiple times with no answer, we now know we have been ghosted. How unprofessional and very rude to just no show for a schedule service. I expected *everything* (except the walls, explanation below) to be thoroughly scrubbed and spotless for our upcoming move, but my overall impression was less than stellar and I suspect they kinda just did their normal everyday cleaning routine, failing to catch a lot of the extra debris and dust from the painting and flooring crews. I am glad that Best Care cleaned the ceiling fans without me having to tell them; however, I would have like to seen this same attention to detail on the light fixtures, as well as the corners of the windows and bathroom floors. I also appreciate that the office staff was willing to communicate and set up my appointment via email (big plus for me.) Before any cleaning work commenced, I specifically mentioned to both the girl who set up my appointment via email, as well as in person to the cleaning crew at the house, that they needed to be extra careful with the walls due to the painting we'd just completed. Unfortunately, after the cleaning crew left, I noticed some damage to the fresh paint. I had asked them to clean the folding doors (for washer/dryer closet) even though the doors were off their tracks. During the brief post-cleaning walk-thru, one of these doors was leaning on a freshly painted wall covering a big scrape on the corner... I didn't notice it until I moved the door to put it back after they left. Nobody has been in the house besides myself, my mom, and the cleaning crew since the painters and floor installer finished their work... and I know for a fact the paint on this corner was not damaged when the construction crews left a few days before. Initially, I submitted a request for a proposal online, which took me nearly 2 weeks to receive. After reviewing the proposal, I decided to move forward, and they sent me a contract. On page 4 of their contract, sent by the Operations Manager, it states "we would be glad to send you a certificate showing our insurance is complete and up to date." However, when I requested it, Ms. Lopez refused to provide it, and stated they would be glad to "show us" their insurance when they arrived for cleaning. They require you to sign and adhere to a contract in order to even schedule a cleaning, but you are not able to make sure they are properly insured and bonded BEFORE signing the contract. When I questioned it, Ms. Lopez got defensive and is not returning my phone calls. This just does not sit well with me, despite their online reviews. BUYERS BEWARE!
