They also stood behind their work and made sure to come back and fix issues that came up, which we appreciated. However, it did feel like not all of the workers were fully qualified for the specific tasks they were assigned. While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start. In the end, the finished bathroom looks really nice, and we're happy with the final result. On April 13, 2026, I dropped off a brand-new compressor at Nationwide Tools for a warranty repair…read morebecause the head gasket had failed. After dropping it off, I repeatedly called over the course of several days to check on the status of the repair but received little to no clear communication. On May 4, 2026, I contacted Metabo HPT (Koki Holdings America) directly to find out what was going on with my compressor. I was later informed that Nationwide Tools had supposedly repaired the compressor. However, based on the condition of the compressor when I later saw it, I strongly believe the unit was damaged while in Nationwide Tools' possession, possibly in retaliation for me contacting Metabo directly regarding the situation. On May 22, 2026, I finally picked up the compressor. Due to the damage done to the original unit, Metabo ultimately had to replace the compressor because Nationwide Tools refused to take responsibility for the damage that occurred while it was under their care. I also took pictures on the day I dropped off the compressor, showing its condition before service, as well as pictures on the day Nationwide Tools attempted to return it to me, clearly documenting the damage.
