Months (December 19th - April 13th) go on where I continued to bring them the truck with no loaner or other vehicle to use and they'd keep it for a week then tell me to come pick it up just for the check engine light to turn back on as soon as I got home then bring it back for another week and continue this process for months. When I asked to go else where they didn't want to unless I was paying out of pocket. Which not having your personal vehicle for months will cost you money, time and in my case my job. They finally gave me a refund April 13th but I'm still waiting to see if it goes through or not. The only reason why I know it was an after market part is because I took my truck to Victory Layne and they told me. They will tell you one thing and do another that suits them best, without letting you in on what's happening, then tell you it's fine to keep driving while your truck has the same check engine light you paid to go away.

On the final day, I was told the issue was "figured out" and it would be ready the same day. An hour before closing, I called again (because of course, no update), and they admitted it was still leaking. At that point, I took my car elsewhere--turns out, it was the water pump the entire time, just like I said from the start. Save your time and money. This place lacks communication, accountability, and clearly, accurate diagnostics.
