After trying two different services the first two times we were not happy, didn't like the service or the attitudes. On our third time we tried Hands Free Transportation and met our driver Kamaal such a wonderful man he's on time every time, polite and understanding. kamaal's focus is to be on time, treat us with courtesy and to make sure we are finished with his services before he leaves. Our last 17 or so appointments have been with Hands Free Transportation and Kamaal, we are happy with this company and Kamaal, there is no need to look elsewhere, we are happy with this good customer service. He checked her in to her appointment while I parked my car. Two different employees picked her up from her appointment and brought her home. The van they brought was not top of the line. It was older and they had a little trouble unloading her because our driveway is sloped, but they were very kind and mindful of which areas were sensitive to the touch, which was very appreciated. I'd rather them have an older van and be kind, than have a brand new van and be rude.

Melissa and Christina go above and beyond with the scheduling and make the process so easy. They have great communication and planning skills. We have had multiple drivers and they were all very compassionate. On our last trip, my uncle was a bit confused about the office location as he has a hard time remembering things lately. Our driver, David, gave me a call to clear the confusion and even walked my uncle into the building to make sure he went to the correct office. We are so thankful for vantage they have made our life so much easier and we consider them extended family. Thank you!

I needed someone to spoil my dad like I spoil him! They love and care for him as if he was their own father! The facility is always spotless and they are all great cooks! This is a home environment that is so welcoming and comforting! There is only 6 residents and they take amazing care of each and everyone of them! Adham was amazing on the admin and admitting side of things. He coordinated with our insurance and saved us so many headaches! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
