I ultimately chose Kemp's Dalton West in Newnan based on their excellent reviews and what seemed to be fair pricing, according to other customers. Kemp's has a well-organized showroom with a wide variety of manufacturers. We looked at Karastan and Masland, which both offered beautiful carpets that should hold up well under heavy foot traffic and with pets. What sealed the deal for me on Masland over Karastan was their customer service. I had a couple of basic questions, and needed some samples. The store didn't have the information on hand, so I reached out to both manufacturers directly. Karastan couldn't answer a simple question about which carpets had a particular feature unless I manually went through all their options and followed up with a call. Masland, on the other hand, had the answer immediately. They were able to tell me exactly which carpets matched my requirements, including weight, materials, and features right from their database. Not only that, but the representative also mentioned they own Dixie carpet, and recommended a few of their carpets that met my needs as well. I worked with Michael Snyder at Kemp's Dalton West. Michael was knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions without rushing, and helped clarify the details I had researched online. We had to wait a few months after our initial visit for another part of our project to be completed. Even though we live down in Forsyth, and Kemp's typically doesn't serve that far down, they made it work and sent a crew. About ten days after purchasing, the carpet was installed by Javier Hernandez and his team. We've moved 14 times in 35 years and have had carpets installed many times. Javier's crew is by far the best we had install carpet. Their precision in cutting around baseboards, door frames, closets, transitions, and seams was unmatched. They were careful in our home, cleaned up everything, and even vacuumed afterward. My wife and I are very satisfied. Thank you, Michael, Javier, and the entire team, for a great experience.

We had Mr Carpet install carpets in two rooms, and could not be happier with the finished job…read more The team was very miticulous in cleaning the bare floor after the old carpet was removed, and were so careful in cutting and joining the carpet sections that we cannot tell where the different pieces come together. New tack strips were added, and the carpet stretched so perfectly that no shoe moulding will be needed to hide gaps. I didn't even bother calling anyone else and went for it. I mentioned I would pull up my own carpet to avoid extra fees but when Allen told me the cost for removal I decided to have them do it as it was extremely reasonable. They even offered to help move furniture. Within the week they were onsite to do the job and Allen was right there project managing the crew. It was great to see someone with so much knowledge and expertise right there with the crew pushing them along and getting the job done. We had our entire…read morebasement floored with LV, the theater room was carpeted, and an upstairs bedroom was completed with wood floors to match the entire upstairs. Josh came by and gave us a competitive quote for the flooring, taking time to answer any questions. We had other quotes, some cheaper, but none of them matched the customer service of Cleveland Carpets. We waited 8 weeks for the install because we wanted to have Jim do ours floors, and he was booked out. We used Jim before to install floors upstairs, so we knew his work was top notch. Jim is a one man crew, who moved every piece of furniture himself, and put everything back in the exact same place. A few weeks later we had a door installed downstairs, and the contractor had to take up some of the carpet, which left a puffy area by the newly installed door. We called Cleveland, and Josh sent out a tech to reinstalled that area correctly. We asked how much and they said it's no charge. Who does that nowadays.
