We stopped by this bubble tea cafe to meet with my cousin. This location is cool, right next to a sitting area in the middle to the commercial suites. We ordered our drinks and brought it outside to enjoy the good weather. Service was great, order at the counter and the barista will call you once the drinks are done. They also have macarons ice cream sandwich and pudding molds to add to your drink. Unless you order a shaved ice, that would be a nice addition as well.

This place is soooo cute!! The service the girl was very nice and she mentioned the free gift with the purchase of two drinks. That I didn't see, I use this hello kitty mirror all the time! The teas are really good and refreshing, not so sweet. But also depending on what you order. I can't wait to visit this place again.

I went here years ago, but haven't been back until recently, and the girls who work here are very nice. The first time I came back they were having a special and were giving away glass bottles for free. Now whenever I come in, I bring them with me and we get 10% off our drinks for reusing the same bottles which I think is pretty cool and more business's should do. I always get a Thai tea with almond milk and my fiancé gets a mango tea with mango Boba or lychee and our drinks are delicious. My one complaint would be that I've been in twice now where they were out of the honey Boba but I will say the girl that took my order most recently recommended egg pudding and gave me a sample and I am glad that I tried something new because it was really good ! I love the location and how close it is to where we live and we will definitely be back regularly.

Cute...check. Tasty...check. Welcoming...check! I absolutely adore this place. It's a little treasure off Palomar. The staff is friendly and I want everything there! I love the giant boba that's for selfie purposes too. It's adorable! They have some random deals too, which involve some cute cups and glassware with every purpose. Ventured out this way and decided it was a good day for boba. This shop is in a small and busy cluster Wildomar Plaza right off of the 15 on Clinton Keith. Parking may be painful, especially peak hours as it is next to Mrs. 7 Pho, Everbowl, Barbers Canvas, and Finch. While their menu is extensive and bursting with options, I almost always go with taro. Boring I know but who cares because they have options and toppings galore! Except today, it seemed they were out of most. Bummer. Nothing to cry over, I tried the Purple Purple (taro) smoothie with crystal boba and taro pudding. Oh my, it was perfect... flavor till the last gulp, balanced sweetness, and no clumps of ice. The beverage glass vessels are cute! 15% off purchase if you reuse! Yep, I'll be back :)

They have a one size for all but you can order cups that last longer. They also include a little stopper for hot drinks. I got the matcha milk tea with coconut milk, brown milk tea with boba and coconut milk and match mango. All were really delicious. Cant wait to come back for more. read more

This place used to be the greatest in the area. However, lately the boba has been consistently bland and mushy. Also, it seems they got rid a majority of their staff that used to work here and they have one poor girl literally running around by herself trying to keep up with the high volume of orders they are receiving. This leads to unnecessarily long wait times and them running out of boba. They ran out today and I waited an hour to come back and received bland boba and a 20-30 minute wait for my drink. I likely won't come back and I used to be a frequent customer. read more

This used to be my favorite spot, but the last few visits have been disappointing. The boba has been overcooked and mushy, and the tea lacks flavor. Today was especially frustrating--they were out of boba by 2 PM and said it would take over an hour to make more, with no batch already in progress. This is my spot for Thai tea. Sure, I could go to the local Thai restaurant but I prefer to come here as they've got plenty of other drinks and a fabulous rewards program. I hardly ever leave with just one drink. Everyone I've encountered here is friendly and they've got non-dairy milk options. Not much seating inside but there are a few chairs and tables outside. read more

My favorite boba spot in my area. After trying other boba spots (that I found was either too sweet or the boba was too tough), I luckily discovered Mr. Chi - their boba is always fresh, and my drink isn't overly sweet/ sugary. I usually order the 'Oh my Tea' with boba (pictured) and it's one of my fav. Nice environment, workers, and they always have cute, new packaging for their drinks. I've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The boba doesn't taste hard and it's nice and chewy and warm. At least when I've gone . Their drinks are amazing they even offer alternative dairy options. You get a free plushie sometimes too. The store always looks clean and their customer service is amazing! So friendly and always giving great suggestions if you want to try something new. They have themed cups for their drinks it always varies. read more

Already a good sign that there are almond and coconut milk options for milk tea, lots of good flavors you don't see everywhere. Also the wildest boba options I have ever seen, matcha boba, cherry blossom boba... The snack options are crazy, I got a Oreo churro just bc it sounded good, and it was amazing. The place was remodeled since the last time I was here. Which was years ago and looks good. There is a few good spots for photo ops. The service was good and the employees were polite. Personally I do not like to publicly shame a place. Usually when I do reviews if I do not have anything nice to say I just don't say anything. My experience the past couple times here have rubbed me the wrong way. In todays covid world the food industry is declining greatly which is sad. People are struggling financially and have to really decide where they can and will spend their money. The quality of their teas and smoothies here are great and that is why I will go out of my way to come. The last couple times I have received my order incorrectly which when I corrected them I immediately got an eye roll and some sassy little comment back. I understand that people are tired and feel over worked, but if you want me to give my money to you then you have to have decent customer service. Unfortunately I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere. read more
