Best boba in Lake Elsinore so far! It's good but not great. Better than TRA for sure. This is pretty decent boba for this area. I usually travel 20-60 minutes one way for boba, teas and coffee. Here is what I have tried so far: 1. Classic Milk Tea - 3.5/5 stars 2. Horchata milk tea - 2/5 stars I'm very picky with this type of blend. It's hard to pull off. I don't fault them for trying. You may like it! Try it! Seriously I'm trying to perfect this at my house as well. So I get it! 3. Vietnamese coffee - 3/5 stars decent coffee but not my favorite flavor or beans. Still good. 4. The Boba itself is great. Tasty and chewy but still soft. 4/5 stars Now onto my favorite items 5. Boba bubble waffle 5/5 stars 6. Plain Bubble waffle 5/5 stars 7. Pandan coconut bubble waffle (the green one) has a coconut flavor to it. So good! 5/5 8. Biscoff with vanilla ice cream and a pandan bubble waffle topped with whipped cream! 5/5 Pro tip. If you don't finish your bubble waffle you can reheat it in an air fryer and it comes out crispy on the outside and soft inside. read more

The fruit tea has a good balance of tea with a great selection of fruit flavors. Not syrupy or overly sweet. Although today my friend said hers was sweeter than mine so maybe some fruit flavors are sweeter. Either way, we both loved it and will be ordering here regularly! A new boba place in Lake Elsinore! I saw this place pop up on my maps and I had to come and try it! First off, this place is very cute and decorated to fit the Alpaca theme. It's very spacious inside with plenty of seating and tables available. They have plenty of tea options and plenty of toppings to choose from. They also have waffles with ice cream and plenty of toppings! We were greeted by employees that were nice although the guy taking our order could of had a smile on his face haha. I get it though we came right before closing. We ordered strawberry banana smoothie with lychee and jasmine milk tea with boba as well as a Oolong milk tea with boba. Each cup has the cute alpaca sticker on it. They are reusable cups. Also got an ice cream with bubble waffle with sprinkles & mochi on top. The pricing is very moderate for typical boba places. My only complaint and hence why I'm knocking off one star is that my Jasmine Milk Tea was extremely watered down. Barely had any sweetness besides the boba. It let me down a little bit. The boba was sweet and the perfect chewy texture. The strawberry banana smoothie was good. The waffle and ice cream were also good. Pretty simple to do. Overall, I like this place!
