For the amount you pay for the wash you would think they would vacuum your cupholders and clean your Windows which they advertised they did and they skipped that pos part. Would just do it yourself. I've gave them too many tries and am always disappointed in the outcome. read more

I brought my filthy truck into my favorite place to get a good wash and I was not disappointed. I came about 30 min before closing so their crew was alot smaller then peak hours. I had the pleasure of a young man by the name of "Dom" SINGLE HANDEDLY give my lifted dirty truck an "exterior works" this young man really took the initiative and worked not only at an incredible pace but with outstanding accuracy. Even going as far to apologize for the wait. I hope this review catches the eye of one of his superiors. I'm a business owner and I'm almost jealous of this employee. Stoped in at the new location in Rochester, paid for an exterior wash, asked if I could pay to get my mats cleaned (happy to pay), and to my surprise they said no. " Only I if you pay for an interior and exterior will we consider". Took a bit to get into the wash as they had 1 door open of 3, people everywhere, and a lot of yelling. Seemed disorganized and chaotic. The wash itself was less than average, kind of surprised as I had heard good things. I get a better wash and dry from express washes. Thought coming here with all of the people tending to the car and wiping it down it would be better. Nope. As someone that washes 2 cars all the time, I would give the building 5 stars, but if you want a good wash, this isn't the place. read more

Paid for express + tire shine and rim wipe down. Truck was still dirty, the wash clothes they use to wipe down the truck after the wash scratched my whole truck, the rims were still dirty and tires were still dirty.. I think they rubbed dirt into my brand new truck. Now I have to find someone to buff out the whole truck. Thanks read more

I was very excited to get my car cleaned and after paying for The Works and to get my rubber mats washed, I was not as excited. My dashboard was covered with dirt, dust, and sand like substance. My back rubber mat was not washed. The door pockets were not blown out and full of dirt too that was not there before because I emptied them before I got to the car wash. This is the best car wash! I always come here to get my car washed and the gentleman do a wonderful job making my car look brand new. I went here recently to get a few stubborn stains out of my fabric on my car seats in the detailing department. Shawn was just so kind and really helped me get every stain out of my fabric. I recently visited the 26 mile and Jewel location. I was pleasantly greeted. Once my car entered the wipe down area, I was again greeted. Upon completion, I was throughly satisfied with the outcome of my car. It looked showroom clean. The windows were streak free and the car was wiped down throughout as well as vacuI entered my vehicle and was told to have a pleasant day. It is nice to be treated with such respect. Thank you. $24 for the works seems so expensive for a car wash. I refuse to pay the price, but occasionally my husband will buy their $100 gift card for $75 and get our cars washed on this deal. Honestly, I've had my truck come back almost just as dirty on the inside--gold fish all over, crushed cereal on the seats and floors, like they didn't even bother to vacuum anything inside, let alone climb back into the 3rd row. I called the manager about this instance, and he was nice enough to say hed remedy the situation, but really, should I HAVE to drive my truck back up there after I just dropped $24 on a car wash?? Obviously I did. Today my truck looked good when my husband brought it home, but ill be honest, it doesn't look any cleaner then when I drive it through the tunnel wash at Jons Auto wash for the amazing deal of $5 on Tuesdays. Ya ya , so I gota vacuum it myself, but that only cost me $2 at most (maybe $3 if my 5 kids really trash they truck and I haven't taken it in a while). $7 for the same job the winner here. read more

Top to bottom and everything in between. Great!!! One of the best car washes in the whole Detroit market. Not cheap but you get a whole team to work on cleaning, of your car. And that give's you one CLEAN car. This take some time to get it done they work quickly but they do a very good job. At Mr C's they get everything clean. I wonder if they do houses? read more

Dropped off my 2013 Expedition and 2008 Ford Taurus, they had house paint overspray on the paint and glass. Sean in the detailing area did a fabulous job to buff out the overspray paint and restore them both back to a great smooth finish. read more

Update 9/17 Took daughters car for detail. Did reasonable job, maybe not worth the $125 though. Cashier not friendly. No "thank you" or anything. Will probably consider other options next time I need detail. Took my vehicle for detailing this week. Did a very good job. The layout of facility is a little goofy if your dropping your vehicle off and need to walk in. One entrance door not usable, so you walk in the garage area to get to the service desk. Nobody at service desk either, had to wait a while before employee walked by. I think the layout is really set up for car washes where you remain in your vehicle. Very satisfied with quality of detailing. read more

Used the car wash in Lake Orion today. I was hoping it will be a step up from the owner before. Wrong!!! Got the works for $36. I wasn't very impressed. Unfortunately I have seen the work after I removed the paper from my floor mat and some items out of my trunk at home. My fault!!! Check your car before you leave. It was very disappointing. It looked like it was not vacuumed at all. Not worth the money. They just opened this location and need some more checks by the boss. May be I try them again to see some improvement. read more

Mr.C Car Wash has been an Eastside staple for years. The quality has always been top notch and this location is no exception. Some may think they are a little pricy BUT well worth the money. If your car needs a little TLC, don't pass them by. read more

Place is always really good. They put in a lot of extra work, even above what is expected for the price. I usually go here and get Bills Best after the summer and sometime during the spring to get the major things cleaned up. Will keep coming for many years to come. read more

Truck was still dirty on the outside, wheel well's , doors, grill - inside I asked to pay attention to the window but still streaked and spots missed and now I truck smells very bad, don't know what was in there spray bottles or on there rags but my nose has been burning . paid 18 bucks and 2 bucks for a tip - NEVER GOING BACK , ALOT OF MONEY FOR A BAD JOB - SAVE YOU MONEY AND GO SOME PLACE ELSE. read more

I keep telling myself not to go back here. But I did it again this morning. After paying the $25 Works level, with no other vehicles being cleaned at the time, all of the attendants worked on mine. Now I do have a dog, so I do not expect ultra cleanliness since I know how hard do hair is to get out, but in my mini-van it does not appear that they did anything to my back seat. Even with one of the middle seats stowed, access to the back easy, it was very disappointing. For $25 I expect more. Outside wash is fine but now I will be looking elsewhere. read more

Paid $22.00 for the wheel deal and an additional $8.00 to have my floor mats shampoo. Got into the car and the floor mats were not there, they didn't wipe the tires and the inside of the car down. This is the second time this month I had very poor service. read more

This place deserves negative stars if that was an option. The only reason they got 2 stars from me was because the staff was friendly. Everything else about this place was terrible. Paid $17 then gave them a $6 tip just to find out my car was not even cleaned. The inside still looks dirty. I can still see salt marks on my floor. Paid $33 for Bill"s best with a $5 tip. My car was pretty clean before I took it in. They did not vacuum up most of the stuff on the floor and nothing between the seats. Missed most of the door jams. Didn't wipe the leather seat. Where they sprayed cleaner on the console didn't wipe and left spots. I called the manager - very unprofessional. Got a "sorry". Don't waste your time or money. When this Washington Township location first opened I took my 2 cars there the first few springs they were opened for a complete detail. I believe it was two springs ago, the spring of 2013, I took the first of my two cars there, and when I picked it up the guy that waited on me got sort of short and huffy with me, and basically told me I was lucky I wasn't being charged more because of the dog hair in my car, and if I brought a car back with that much dog hair in it I'd be charged extra. Nothing was said the first few springs I took my cars there, and there wasn't any more dog hair in my car this time. I haven't been back since for anything. Not even a basic car wash. read more

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I had never been to Mr. C's before and will never go there again. When I lived in Dearborn a few years ago, I took my vehicles to the Fairlane car wash in East Dearborn. They did such a good job, inside and out, that my vehicle looked brand new when they were done. It cost $16 for the works at Fairlane. At Mr C's, I paid $25 and gave a $2 tip. There were several people working on my pickup truck. I exited my truck and lifted the back seats so they could see that it needed to be vacuumed there. My windshield was a bit smeared on the inside. So it needed cleaning. The top and face of my dash needed cleaning because it was dusty. The cup holders needed wiping with a spray cleaner for obvious reasons. In short, my interior needed cleaning. I paid for it to be cleaned, along with the tires and wheels and exterior. When I got back to my truck, I lifted the back seat to put my item under it. They had not vacuumed under the back seats. They dusted only the driver side top of dash and did not clean the front of dash at all. The floor looked like it needed another pass with the vacuums. They did not even run a cloth through my cup holders. I asked that they clean out the cup holders. When I arrived home I found that they had left my antenna on the dash up near the windshield. It is black so I didn't notice it until arriving home. I went around to the passenger side to install it and found a brand new three inch horizontal scratch on the right fender, just behind the wheel opening. It's right down to primer and will not rub out. I know that it happened at Mr C's because I always walk around my truck and look at it before I drive; to see if it has been dinged or if a tire is low or there is a leak. I always park way out in the parking lots; away from all vehicles to avoid dings in my vehicle from people opening their doors and banging into my vehicle. The next morning at 5:30 AM, I noticed that they had not even wiped the inside of my windshield. So, I paid $27 for a job that high school kids, washing cars for a fund raiser, could have done way better. Mr. C's threw in the scratch for free. It's not very much money, but I feel profoundly ripped off. I don't recommend going to Mr C's for even a glass of water. I don't think they could manage it properly. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Really bad service. Manager overruled head line person on a rewash. I don't want to fight to get basic service. Did not wipe down arm rests, did not vacume carpet. I asked to borrow a towel to remove surface dirt and was rebuffed again by manager on duty (10/13/2017) noon. Did not receive tire treatment which I paid for. Paid for interior clean, tires and wash. When I complained they had not even wiped the floor jam on driver door I was told I had not paid for detailing , ugh! Isn't there someplace near Grosse Pointe with decent courteous service for less than 60 dollars/ per car wash? I was actually told they only dust the inside and that next time I come tell the attendant last trip was not great, seriously that is the only way to get you pay in advance to receive. Upon arrival it is a chaotic scene. Many people giving hand signals rather than having signage. Entry is not intuitive. THEN.....as I drive my car to the drying area I notice a person who is drying my car, with a jacket on that has metal snaps all down the front. I was in disbelief.
