I learned that experience was because I was getting our cars detailed by the owner. Until this last time. I had wings come out again per usual to have my fiancée's Jeep detailed. As soon as I saw the truck pull up I knew something was wrong. Two younger guys came out with very little equipment (compared to the normal van), and I was SHOCKED to find they spend 45min derailed the car (previously the retailer spent no less than 2 hours) Well the results are shown in the photos, it's no different than a gas station car wash. Typically wings will put all your things in a nice bag for you, not this time. This time they cleaned around your things. After going back and forth with the kid and multiple insults he gave me we agreed on taking $50 off the price. This is so unfortunate but one massive mistake cost this company thousands in business. Although the owner and who I assume is his wife do a FANTASTIC job, it's not worth the risk to me not knowing if I'm going to have a terrible experience like this again. I hope the owner reads this, he's a super nice guy but not knowing who he's staffing is going to cost him his business.

I like the fact that he has his own area where he works. He's not some rim rim operation that pulls up in your driveway with a junky power washer. I have a Ford flex. It was pretty darn dirty when I bought it. It didn't look so dirty until he pulled the seats back. He did not add on to the original quoted price even though he spent an extra three hours on it. Mine was considered a small SUV. It has three rows of seats. I clean houses for a living and I am a perfectionist. I must say this owner Chris works by himself,so he knows the job is done right, and I must say he did a spectacular job! He met my standards by cleaning every nook and cranny even under things. He did not miss the door jams. He did a great job on the windows. He did the inside and the outside of my truck. It looks like and smells like a new truck and it is a 2009. He even got the stuff off the outside of the doors by the mirror. He also went out of his way and picked me up and dropped me off at home home. I was very happy to stop here Sunday afternoon on my way home from Roseville. My SUV had more salt and a white color than its original. Yes they have Sunday hours! This car wash is always my backup place for my weekly SUV wash. Perfect area right near 94 freeway, so one can get a ultimate Wash in the early morning on way to work or on way home at the end of day. Their operation hours are very convenient 7 days a week! Reasonable three prices based on choice of cleaning due to vehicle's road conditions of dirt or winter salt. Easy access parking lot. After paying at wash entrance, the inside is well-maintained with efficent working machines ready to make your vehicle clean and sparkle with a great shine. This Auto wash uses freshwater, plenty of rainbow colored soap and lots of suds to clean, along with a clear coat of protectant wax and of course the best spot-free rinse cycle that I have seen. The underbody flush and rim cleaner option in the $7.00 choice wash, is wonderful to take care of road salt and grime since I have running boards and expensive aluminum rims. Before exiting is a full strength drying system. Then when exiting, there is a team of two employees to towel dry off car once back in the parking lot. Awesome teamwork guys and of course I tip them for their efforts to wipe off my SUV fast. Also connected to this wash is a Valvoline oil change service center. It was moved to 9 AM two days later. So the time comes and no Jay, no phone call or text. Around noon I am just about to call the phone number when Jay calls to tell me that he left his cell phone up in Flint. he says he'll be at my house between 3-4 PM instead. He calls around 3:15 and tells me he'll be there at 4. I'm glad we were available in the afternoon. He shows up around 4:15 and spends a decent amount of time working on the car. The exterior looks great. The interior is fine also, except the front floor mats. I really thought they should look clean and they don't. He was pleasant and all, but the mat cleaning was a major let down.
