My roommate recently washed 10 sticks of hot glue and i believe everyone of them made it to my dryer, glad it was with her clothes. But i cleaned it out, and have broken elbow so i thought b a lot easier if took dryer door off. I took pic but not good enough so 2 days later still trying to put back together. All i got was call our serv. dept. or we just have parts(which im sure come with directions on how to install) So with nothing to loose i drove over to the shop i figured they would help or i would pay them for serv. call, and i told them of my trouble. And they went an pulled up the part and then went and got old timer and showed me the markings and said wires will have same on them also. I just finished putting it back together and works GREAT! No company vehicle so clearly didn't carry parts for appliances. I asked if solenoid from checking other things out before calling them and was told no it was the board and whole thing wasn't working. When I said the water was pumping up and down, it was making some ice, had to turn water off to get water to stop running, and asked how it's now not working? Nate gave me a sarcastic "why did you call us if it's working". I asked how did it go from pumping water to there is not power to the board. He denied he said that and was sarcastic again. He hastily finished his screwing on back of ice machine which isnt even on correctly. Also find they didn't even turn water source on to machine so how could they diagnose it? They said couldn't find board from their part supplier. Basically, took $69.95 and ran. No advice on what to do next. Kyle was fine and professional. Not someone I would recommend.

After testing the heating element, thermostat high limit, thermostat shut off, and thermistor and finding all were within acceptable resistance ranges, I finally gave up and started looking for an appliance repairman. When I called Appliance Repair and explained what I had tested and that the dryer still was not heating, he was able to correctly diagnose the problem in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend Appliance Repair. I know if any of my appliances, that I can't work on, breakdown I will have them come out and make the repair.
