We had a Maytag washer he brought out the part it was bad had to wait for him to get another replacement part it came in and that one was bad so with this going on for a month and a half he said he would refund us the price just for the part which he could keep the rest now we have not heard from him and he scammed us out of money and will not return a phone call so don't do business with this guy he is nothing but a con artist we had to go out and buy new washer we live in Gardner KS read more

If you really want to spend several days waiting for him to arrive. This is your man! If you think the courtesy of a phone or text that he will be late is too much to ask and way overrated, this is 100% the guy you need. If you want unprofessional service and have a week or so to put up with such terrible customer service, look no further. I called on a Saturday morning to fix an error code on my oven. I had already changed one part but still having issues and ready to face paying a service &parts fees. Instead of seeing this as an easy opportunity they walked me through on what the issue was and what part I needed to fix the problem. Joe arrived very late and advised that a part called the jazz board was bad in my fridge and needed to be replaced - he performed a reset of the fridge and it started working again. Stressed that the part is bad and will happen again but would order part and call back on replacing. For about a week and a half I have been trying to get any kind of response via text, phone or email and nothing. Based on my calling, versus work phone, etc - believe my phone is blocked/routed to another line that does not accept voice mail messages anymore. Strongly, Strongly advise to not work with this company and don't be a fool like me---read other reviews. Called about 3pm about my washing machine, door was locked and I couldn't get it unlocked. Joe walked me through some basic troubleshooting to get the door unlocked. When that failed he stated he would be over between 5pm and 7pm the same day. He showed up at 6pm and had my washing machine open in a few minutes. He then fixed it and was gone by 7pm. Cannot thank him enough for getting there the SAME DAY and getting it fixed. Everyone else I called said they couldn't be there until at least Friday or early next week. By then my clothes would have been ruined. I will definitely use again in the future. read more

This is the only appliance repair in the KC area that I could find to work on my 18 month old Samsung washer. After a few phone calls back and forth to convey the problem and make an appointment I was scheduled for that evening. After my 6-8pm window had passed and no one showed nor did I receive a phone call, I called them. The gentleman who answered apologized and said he'd personally head right over. My family and I are very happy with the job that Joe did with our refrigerator repair. After a terrible experience with Sears home appliance repair, we decided to try this company, and we are so glad we did. Not only did they come out the same day, they were able to get our fridge running temporarily until the part they needed came in. Then, they came out after hours to install the part as soon as they got it. After the repair, Joe offered advice on how I could help protect the fridge from future damage. This attention to detail and customer service, as well as experience and high quality of work, is rare, and my family and I are so glad that we found this company! I had a dryer that decided to quit heating properly several months ago. Once the weather changed, I knew it needed to be fixed. I left a message and later spoke with Joe, who was terrific about calling me back promptly. He was able to come out the same night (he ended up working on the dryer from about 8:45p to about 10:45p). He explained everything he needed to do, along with an estimate that was almost to the penny. He was great with my dogs and cats, extremely courteous, and didn't leave until the dryer was running beautifully. I appreciated his candor, his experience, his professionalism, and his willingness to meet the commitment to not only come look at the dryer even though his appointment before mine ran over, but to stay and fix it.
