I had an extremely disappointing experience with Arrowhead Appliance Repair, specifically with Andy Pieri. Their technician diagnosed my dryer issue as a faulty 240V outlet and advised that I contact a licensed electrician. Following that recommendation, my property management company sent two separate licensed electricians. Both independently confirmed that the outlet was functioning properly. The actual issue was a defective dryer cord. Once replaced, the dryer worked immediately and has continued operating without any issues. Despite this clear evidence, Andy Pieri refused to issue a refund and instead questioned documentation and attempted to shift responsibility. The facts are simple: * Two licensed electricians confirmed the outlet was not the problem. * The dryer cord was replaced. * The appliance now works perfectly. The initial diagnosis was incorrect and resulted in unnecessary service calls, additional costs, and avoidable stress. Rather than taking accountability, the company chose to deny responsibility. Andy came today to fix our dishwasher that wasn't draining. We've used Arrowhead repair for a number of years (we are grateful we found them). As usual, he was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly with minimal charge to us. It wasn't draining. He checked the pump, etc. Turns out it was a kink in the drainage line. Andy is THE BEST. Also in summer 2022 our washer stopped working. It was a Samsung and we'd only had it 5 years. Fixing it was going to cost almost as much as a new one, so we opted to buy a new machine. Thankfully we had Andy to recommend which brands to buy. He said get a Whirlpool or GE. We got a GE and it is THE NICEST machine we've ever had. We don't buy any appliances now unless we consult with Arrowhead Appliance first. If you want someone who is courteous, honest, and absolutely wonderful, contact Arrowhead Appliance. read more

Just under six months later the freezer stops freezing. Called for weeks to have someone come out to diagnose the problem. Ended up needing a different company to come take a look. Despite Arrowhead Appliance claiming they replace all major components before selling, they did not replace the compressor... which ended up dying. A month and a half ago we let Arrowhead know what's up and inquired if maybe they had another fridge for sale. Not sure who we were reaching when calling their number, but they informed us they want to make it right and replace the fridge. Awesome - perfect! Well not so much: we have been dodged by this company ever since. They've sent us messages asking if we're available for service (always yes, for the most part), but no follow-up. Then they're out of fridges... then they'll replace the compressor... then they're too busy... on and on for the last month and a half. Our fridge is trash and it looks like we're out of luck. Lesson learned. If you buy an appliance from Arrowhead Appliance Repair, you may want to have someone else confirm the refurbishing has actually been done. Cleaning out an appliance is not a refurbished appliance. Replacing the major "wear and tear" components on a fridge generally means the compressor is replaced. The repair person who inspected our fridge confirmed the compressor (and most other components) was the original part. For such a well rated company this was an extremely disappointing and unfortunate experience. read more

I bought a refurbished washer/dryer set from Andy and I couldn't be more pleased. I may have paid a little more than I needed to, but I did that because I could see Andy had a commitment to quality and doing things right. Andy walked me through everything he had done to check out and rejuvenate my washer and dryer, even showing me the worn parts he took out and replaced with new parts, and I appreciated that a lot. There are people out there that might do things cheaper, but with them you have a good chance of getting CHEAP work. You don't have to worry about that with Andy. He doesn't compromise on his work, and that means something in this day and age. read more

I contacted the company when my refrigerator went on the blink. Service tech arrived same day and diagnosed my issue. Could not ask for better response and technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. My refrigerator was fixed and I am extremely happy with this company. Needed my dryer looked at because it was taking forever to dry my clothes. I called Arrowhead Appliance. First of all, an actual person answered the phone rather than an automated system, which is rare today. Came out the same day and quickly took care of the problem. The gentleman that came out was very professional, but relaxed and fun at the same time. I would definitely recommend this service company for any appliance repair. I have a duplex that was in need of ice maker repairs in both units. I did some research and saw the wonderful testimonials from Andy's business in Arizona. I was looking for someone that was honest, dependable, and knowledgeable. He has recently moved to KC and opened up Arrowhead Appliance. I called Andy on a Friday and he answered right away. He made an appointment for me for Monday. He told me he could come sooner if I needed him to but I didn't see that it was that urgent. I will never use another appliance company as long as Andy is around. He didn't tell me I needed something that I didn't and he was very thorough. He even tried to talk me through the fix over the phone. The bill was alot less than I expected. Look no further, you've found your guy!!! read more
