I was informed that I would only be reimbursed 20% of a $1675 deposit! I was in shock! I then contacted the company again, and the owner, Ken A., made a decision to give me a full refund. Our DJ, Andrew and his trainee, Caleb were amazing! They had gotten to the venue for setup just before we did. Andrew was highly detail oriented and was able to get on page with us quickly if there was a lull or questions. His talent was further exemplified when he took on a 'wedding coordinator' role and made sure to either keep us on time or communicate with us about the timeline and if we wanted changes. He and Caleb really helped make our day special. From Caleb signaling to everyone that it was their turn to go down the aisle, to both of them checking in and asking if we needed anything. The communication was proactive and consistent. I truly believe they helped change the course of our day for the better with their generous service and their pure kindness. The father and son team were easy going and nice to work with. Our budget was tight, as we were investing heavily in wedding photography, so we were happy to find them pretty late in the planning process, and appreciated their flexibility. We requested a documentary style video of the wedding with minimal editing, to keep the costs down. Their audio services during the wedding with wireless mics, amplified music and sound mixing were perfect and exactly what we needed. The final wedding video product was beautiful and they did a great job with nice editing and segmentation that captured the feeling and emotions of the day. Their turnaround was quick, and they gave us a beautiful memory that we hoped for, and created affordable duplicate copies for us to share with our family as well.

We drove to Nevada City to record our love story months before our wedding but he didn't work on the love story until right before our wedding. We gave him photos months in advance and told us the night before he couldn't find them. I was stressed enough. Luckily a few hours later he called and found them but he was staying up late to work on it. There was a miscommunication with his videographers and they missed me and my husband entirely getting ready for the wedding. Greg even argued with his contractor right in front of my wedding party. It was embarrassing and I was devastated I will never have any video of me getting ready. Luckily I gave him photos of me getting ready for our video. He did a good job putting the video and quick 5 minute video together even though he didn't have footage. The quality of the video was ok but he's better at being a MC.
