There was no call or communication to inform us about the gutter damage or the condition in which they left the property. I reached out to Bobby--no response. I then contacted their home office and spoke with Dan, who asked for photos and assured me the issue would be addressed. It's now been over 24 hours, and I have yet to hear back. Despite their "100% satisfaction guarantee," they had no problem charging my card over $1,300 for subpar service and zero follow-up. I strongly advise against using WiseGuys. They showed up a few days later and only pressure washed the porch, but billed me for both areas. When I spoke to Jose about it, he said he'd have the Operations team come out and clean the second area within 48 hours, but this never happened. I called back a week later, and Jose then quoted me an additional $50 to do the work which was already supposed to be done under the original quote. Don't use these guys - they'll take your money and leave the job half done.
