We have a 2016 Toyota Sienna. With a toddler throughout the course of our van's history, it was in need of a level of professional care and detail that I was not capable of providing. I'm very particular with my vehicles and would rather not wash them, than let some low-paid hourly worker put swirls in the paint. I don't even allow the Audi dealership to wash my other cars. Chris is a true professional detailer that implements a two-bucket wash, uses deionized water, the correct microfiber cloth for each activity, a paint depth meter, etc... No holograms! After reading a few reviews (all 4 stars and above) of auto detailers, I decided to go with South East Mobile Detail. All my friends know I am extremely sensitive when it comes to my car. So as expected I was very nervous to call anyone to lay their hands on my car. Needless to say, Chris did an amazing job, he took his time, very meticulous and stayed till really late. I felt really bad since it was so cold outside. I asked if he has any tips to maintain my black car even better. Note my car has no dings or any dents, have never run through those automatic car wash, still someone has put on some fine scratches during the process of hand wash my car. He said to find a really good hand car wash place in my area. I told him about my bad experiences and asked if he would come to my place to wash my car. He said to come all the way just for my car may be a bit tough, he said unless he has another client in this area, that would work. So I really hope he will get 1 or more business around here so I do not have to worry about where to send my car for a wash. read more

Had road tar splattered all over my white Ram 1500. These guys did a bang up job of removing the tar and applying a ceramic coat. Now my truck stays squeaky clean! Go for the ceramic coat... it's like rain-x applied to the whole vehicle. Water flys off and the dirt and debris slides off without much effort. read more

I bought a 2012 Ranger Rover, that I brought to Chris for an exterior detail and Ceramic treatment. BEing an older car, there were lots of surface scratches on it. Chris made the look better than new, got a lot of the imperfections out, touched up the paint where there were small chips (I supplied the paint). A VERY honest guy that stands by his work. I'll never get my cars detailed by anyone else. We have washed the Range rover since. Bugs and things stuck to the paint just wipe off with ease since the paint treatment. Awesome product. We just also had him details a 2015 BMW X5 that we are about to sell. It has the white leather interior, and Ive tried to clean the dinginess off the seats...I never could do it. I was nervous at first about having a Mobile Detail Service touch my beloved Porsche 911 but it was in dire need and I was very short on time. I searched my area on Yelp and saw that South East Mobile Detail had a 5 star rating so I gave them a call. Chris arrived right on time for the appointment. He gave me a summary of what he saw that needed to happen with the car and what processes and products that he would be using. He was very knowledgeable and It really put me at ease. He spent almost 4 hours on it and when it was done I was amazed! I have never seen it look this good before. I'm never washing it myself again because, apparently, I don't know how! Southeast mobile detail did a detail on my matte gray BMW. I paid $300 and he used Dr Beazley's matte sealant. He did a very good job and was super meticulous which I appreciated. He took about 2.5 hours on my car total so clearly he was being extra careful. I did find him to be a little expensive - the price of $300 is essentially for wash and sealant. With a matte car there is no claying or polishing. This is why I am giving 3 stars - the work is 4 star the value for money is lower. While I HD my car detailed I did discuss a few things and got some additional info: - he charges $50 per car for a car wash (regardless of number of cars). - Very knowledgeable guy and works with the latest technologies - e.g. nano-coatings, opticoat, windshield coatings etc. read more

I recently purchased an SL550 from a Mercedes Benz dealership in California and the car was to be shipped in a box truck, and it was not shipped in a box truck but a car carrier and showed up at my doorstep looking like someone went four wheeling with the car... Chris did an excellent job on my SUV. I had paint or some type of road debris all over one side of my car. The car wash and I both tried to get it off. No luck! Chris spent 3 hours washing, claying, and waxing my car. He even touch up some inside things(stained carpet, scuff marks, etc). read more
