I found this service on a moms Facebook group. I was looking for cleaning of an 8x10 Ralph Lauren rug in my living room that gets a lot of traffic. This gentleman was responsive and punctual, which I appreciated. But the actual cleaning was not thorough. I was not home and my husband was there. Every single spot in the rug was still there when he left. Every single one. I decided to work on them myself to see if I could get them out. One was the stain from the wax from a babybel cheese and two others were from berries. I called them around 10:30 pm not thinking anyone would answer or respond for at least 24 hours.. He answered the phone on the second ring and was so kind and helpful! We scheduled him to come out to take a look at the rooms I wanted the carpet to be cleaned and bam the price was unbeatable, and he was able to right then!! when I say the carpet looks new.... I'm 100% honest in saying I am amazed. Not to mention how fast he was and really just a pleasure to work with! We have two pups, one who is still being trained so you can imagine how bad we needed our carpets cleaned so please if you want the job done we'll call them!!! Connected with Eli via SMS to book for cleaning four dining chairs, sofa and a rug. He overlooked that I wrote "four chairs" when sending a photo of one so the job ended up costing $75 more. Not great. All items did look cleaner and fresher overall but I was disappointed that practically all stains on the furniture and carpet remained after cleaning, although more faint. Perhaps the fabric is deeply stained with tea and something else and not completely removable but I expected better results. I probably got unlucky with the surprise cost and unremovable stains so maybe pay more attention to the other 5-star reviews :) read more

OOOOOOh my goodness! Communication was excellent for setting up my appointment and letting me know how far out they were on the day of my appt. (I haven't found that to be the case much in Miami). When they got there, Eli and Chris were amazing! They're very friendly, knowledgable, and polite. He explained to me what he was going to do and they got to work. Now, the story behind the chair....with all the renovations and flipping going on in Miami, there are many places that will set furniture out front for anyone to have. There were 4 of these sturdy pieces, but sadly (which is why some people can't have nice things) 3 were taken by the time I got back. "Where were they?", you may ask. Someone in an old house nearby had them in the backyard...in the mud...SPRAYPAINTED! But I digress...My sons and I grabbed up the last one and brought it home to reupholster. I contacted a couple of companies, but the price was pretty steep. One company really liked the chair and commented about how nice the piece was and wondered where I got it. Then had the audacity, after quoting me $400-$500, to offer to "take it off my hands"for free if the price was too high... LMAO!!! If side-eye could have killed, there would have been an unexplained death in Miami that day. That adventure led me to just go ahead and get it cleaned, for now. My son wants to do a Mother-Son project with me where we reupholster it ourselves. I went to Ross and bought a cool-looking cushion, then started my Yelp search for an upholstery cleaning company. Mr. Dry Steam quickly responded, set up an appointment that was convenient and the rest is history! Dishonest. I spoke with Eli (Eyal) who gave me a price on the phone. $99 for a three seater couch. When he arrived, he claimed that the cushions on the couch were double sided and it required an extra $40 of labor. This is obviously a sneaky tactic, as most couches are double sided.
