Well. My fridge had a problem with Drain and ice. So in the first visit Nick came and diagnosed the problem. He opened and cleaned the dry ice that was blocking the drain and causing the flooding inside the fridge. He left and I paid for the labor... In the same visit Nik also fixed the problem with the dryer. As I understand the labor fee was charged for dryer and fridge repair. The dryer was not repaired for free... Few days later the issue started again. Water drain and ice issue. Second visit. Nick came again and this time he recommended to replace the drain fan. And he charged $150+ (to be confirmed) for a $25 fan. Well. The issue is still not fixed. Nick came again and now he advised to replace the control board and the ice maker for almost $500. So have decided to decline and shop for a new fridge instead of spending the same money on failed repairs. I could have made a right decision after the first visit if these guys would give me the right recommendation based on the right diagnosis instead of ripping me off and overcharging. read more

Sunday evening after dinner, the dryer in the laundry-room suddenly started to make a harsh, rapid grinding noise. I got onto Yelp and Mr. DryerMan was one of the first responses that I got--Not only could they get to it the next day, but in less than 24 hours. He showed up early and got the repairs done in less than an hour. While I can't say how much it would have cost me if I had tried to do it myself, I was more than impressed with how quickly he came in, got it done, and then turned on the unit to show it was working properly. After he determined the problem, he gave me the price and then returned with the part Monday morning to finish the job. They assessed my ovens problem and confirmed it was a circuit board. They were out the next day but the part didn't work. I'm not sure if that's something that can be determined prior to installing it but none the less they had to come back a 3rd time. They called and texted to confirm when they would arrive and were very professional when working in my home.
