He was able to come the next day which he did and was on time. Within 5 minutes he knew what was needed . He then looked for a part which was all we needed BUT they didn't sell it separately so we had to order new motor. I know he did look for the part because he did it in front of me. So it was ordered he was going to go to Tampa the next morning and come to put it in , which he did. Total he was in our house 30 minutes between the 2 visits. I called and he made an appointment for the next day between 12-2. He texted me the next morning he was on the way and it was 10:50 and would be to my home in 35 minutes. He had his mask on when he got here, and went to assessing the problem. Turns out I had a faulty water valve. He quoted me a price for parts and labor, then got to work.
