I took my little sister there for a mid-week fun evening. We got there about 7PM on a Wednesday. It was my first time ever going to a Mr. Gatti's. We had a coupon for free entry to the buffet for kids 14 and under. For me the adult it was about $10 for a pizza buffet. It was decent. I especially like the cheesy bread. They have your basic cheese pizza, pepperoni, pepperoni and sausage, all that with veggies and then all of those with a whole lot of jalapenos. It wasn't super crowded so we were able to get food and get a booth without hassle. After we ate we went into the arcade section. We were happy to be told it was "half off day." The games were half price. The arcade is basically a much cheaper version of Dave and Buster. They have some of the same games but many weren't working properly. They do have bumper cars and a carousel which are unique to them I guess. Overall it was a good time. read more

Took my niece and nephew to Gattis today for a "fun day out" We were first greeted by an extremely rude lady who was working the front cashier as you walk in on the evening of 8/23/26 . She was upset that I was paying with cash and most of my cash was $1 dollar bills. She obviously hates her job and isn't very friendly or a happy face I would want at the front end of my business. The only highlight here is the salad bar and the jello. There is only ever two kinds of pizza( pepperoni and cheese). No variety and the guy who is supposed to be making it couldn't even speak English to understand to make a variety. This place was so much better back when it was located on cuthbert street. The pizza is always dry and on par in quality with week old little Caesar's. It's just lazy to only put pepperoni or cheese out. There's no flavor. I keep trying, but the food keeps decreasing in quality each time I go there. The service is great. The ambience is what you would expect from a Gatti's Pizza buffet with gameroom out back. Lots of birthday parties and other stuff going on. The offerings are the same, but the quality sadly keeps drifting away. Sadly, the price does not keep drifting down with the quality, it goes up. This place has definitely gone down hill over the years. The only thing edible in my opinion is the macaroni and cheese. Unfortunately, today I went and the macaroni was AWFUL! The first batch tasted like soap.. I told the staff and they "remade" it but it was still absolutely disgusting and inedible. The dining rooms are also gross and very unkempt. It's a kids casino, and NOT a pizza joint. What they serve here is technically pizza, but absolutely the least tasty and flavorful pizza in the known universe. The salad bar is ok I guess, and they'll customize a pizza for you, but it will still be horrible. Dessert pizzas are marginally better, but still bad. My advice: sneak a protein bar in with you to eat, or just eat before you get here. My kid loves all the games and prizes, but a small toy is going to cost you at least $15.00-20.00 in tokens. Games and pizza are better at Chuck E Cheese's, but a little more $$. read more

the worst customer service I have ever experienced. one of the ladies that was cleaning the tables came over and was extremely rude yelling at me to not let my 2 year old daughter play with the salt. I was Already getting on to my little one when she came over and did that and proceeded to snatch the pepper shaker out of my little girls hand and then the salt that I had just taken away from her before she yelled. And then she continued to mouth off to me and proceeded to go tell the other lady in full voice so I could hear her talking about us. My daughter got scared and started crying. the Second Lady came over to speak to me and I told her what happened and she told me to talk to the manager. I walked over and spoke to him and he defended her saying she "isn't like that" and she walks over and starts being rude again and he did nothing. No apology, nothing. i gladly cleaned up the spilled salt and apologized to the other lady and left. I will never spend another dime at this place again. Terrible staff (not all, sorry to the sweet lady trying to help) ineffective management. food was fine, it's Mr Gattis but Save your money if your going for the arcade, just go to cinergy or the bowling alley. read more

The food has gone downhill fast and the games don't work. They have bumper cars but they don't run. Only 2 horses on the marry-go-round go up and down. As far as the game room goes, I have yet to visit Gatti's when the games are all functioning. As one of the reviews mentioned, they do not have signs on non-working machines. The kids waste so many tokens on broken machines, and the staff, when you can find one of them, act irritated that you're interrupting their conversations with other staff members. Another annoyance is that a lot of the games are somewhat new, and they have yet to place token stickers on the games so the kids can know how many to put in there. Most of them now require 4 tokens, and my kids don't know until they have put in the fourth token. It's frustrating! They also can't budget their tokens properly. There also seems to be a shortage of tickets. When I went this past weekend, I hit the jackpot on one of the machines. It reset, but no tickets came out. I couldn't find anyone in the game room to help me out. My child also lost out on several tickets because the machines weren't properly fed. I finally found someone who told me, "oh don't use that machine, it's not working." Really? No one cared that we were out almost 400 tickets. The food is mediocre, at best. The salad bar, which used to be wonderful, has been full of cross-contaminated foods my last three visits. Each time, I have bitten into something rotten in my salad. The soup, although full, has been cold, too. The pizza is also mixed with other pizzas to make room for new ones. Having mild experience in the food industry, I'm certain this is not a acceptable practice. The one service I can commend is the cleanliness in the dining areas. The women in there are constantly cleaning. They are quick to clear off the tables, so it isn't very hard to find a clean one. I would probably only come back to Gatti's on a lunch break if I was short on time. I will never go back with my children. The amount of frustration for parents and disappointment for children in the game room is not worth it to me. There are better and more affordable places for children in the area. read more

My fsmily and I went to Gattiland on 6-40-19. I was not in the least impressed. Where should I start? All the horses besides like maybe 3 on the carousel were broke and woukd not go up and down. The bumper cars were sparking so bad I was afraid they would catch fire. The smell from them was horible. A childs little race car ride had the steering wheel broke completely off. The childs roller coaster ride the screen has a while line all the way down the screen. The monopoly game didbt work. Not all but most of the games with balls, the balls were missing. A claw game was out of order and another the claw didnt clamp until it wad back up to the top. Several games didn't work. I paid for a 50$ game card and it gsve us 15 bonus points but most of the games were crap. Some ganes didn't say out of order so when wee woukd slide the card it would take the payment but not work. I wont be back. I think corprate should step in amd fix this very embarrassing problem. I couldn't even check my point. That thing was down also. The employees in the game room were rood and it looked like it was tsking everything they had just be be there. I do not like going places I feel unwelcomed. My family wont be going back. I concur with most of the other reviews on here.... bland pizza, games not maintained/functioning, and dirty. You can just tell no one gives a crap about the place. What really got me was when I went to redeem my tickets for a prize and I was 2 tickets shy of one prize my kid really wanted and they absolutely refused to round it up so he could have it. I was really surprised, I mean what's 2 tickets?? Hope it was worth losing business over. Anyway, I was excited about going here because I use to love it when I was a kid (different location) but clearly they have gone downhill big time. I specifically asked about tokens as we had not been there in a while. But when it was time for my two kids to get tokens he changed the story--if it wasn't paid with the party they get no tokens! WHAT?! He called me a liar, then I called HIM a liar! He said I'm the general manager and I know what I said, and I told him so did I. I will not go here again! I couldn't agree more with the rest of the reviews. To begin with the place smells it's not the cleanest it's definitely run down and over price. You have to spend over $20 on games to get a price that's worth 5cents but I get it that's how they make their money. But what really got to me was I got a coffee with my food. When I tried the coffee it tasted like someone had pour a cup of salt in it, it was the most disgusting thing I've ever tried. I thought to my self probably a bad batch of coffee let me try the ice tea since I dont like fountain drinks, well the tea tasted just as aweful or worst. I told the lady that was busting tables and she told me she would go tell her manager. A few minutes later this random employee definitely not a manager comes up to our table she doesn't even introduce her self nor apologizes for the bad experiences we are having says multiple people have tried the coffee and tea and nothing is wrong with it no one else has complained and walks away. Later I see the the same lady busting tables and I asked her hey was that your manager that came up to us and she says no she was not my manager but my manager does know about the issue and I asked her what is he doing about the issue and she just shrugged her shoulders then stated the reason why the drinks taste so salty is because we use tap water from the city and have no filter. According to the city the water is safe to drink but that doesn't make it taste any better, the taste is so disgusting I wanted to puke when I tried the coffee. But what got to me not once did the manager have the audacity to come up to our table and explain the situation to us. Besides the nice lady busting table, Every single employee was rude zero costumer service, no one smiled at you, I mean for being a kid friendly place it seemed like everyone hated their jobs the arcade area was the worst I would ask and employee a question and they would mumble I could barely understands them. Doesn't look like it from the outside but its actually really big. It was really cheap for 3 adults and my son to hang out there for 3 hours while we ate the great pizza selection and they even had salads and a few other types of italian foods. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Now for the play place, we had lots of fun from the adults to my 3 year old son there were over 50 people in there and still had lots of room to run and play. One of the only indoor places in midland for kids to enjoy. read more

When I asked for my money back, the manager tried to tell me that I just need to tell a technician! Like its my job to fix it??? My son loves Gattis. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. The food is okay. Most of the issue is with the play area. Most machines are broken. The thing is- they have no indication it's broken, no sign. You put your money in and it eats it. The employees don't care and just give you the coins back.
