We are creatures of habit & our orders are pretty much always the same when at Twin Peaks. Hubby has the chicken strips & fries, unfortunately this time the chicken was not hot & dry taste, most likely been sitting in a warming tray until needed. His food came out about 10 minutes before mine even though we ordered as entrees not appetizers. When my crispy mini tacos finally arrived they were delicious as usual but extremely oily. This was a first for this happening in all our Twin Peaks experiences. Asia informed us there was only one cook working & offered to get a manager for us which we declined. There would only be an additional wait for any food changes & if only one cook there would be no reason to over stress an already difficult situation.
