My experience with this company was a complete and utter disaster from the beginning. I brought them in to clean my pilot and relight and they quoted me $650 with the supposed club and nearly $1000 without joining. I was desperate because I had no luck either with the previous 3 techs I had hired so I joined the lowest tier discount club and they quoted me the $600+ price. After selling me this scam plan which took the tech almost 70 minutes he started the job. A few minutes into the job he turned to me and said he couldn't finish because he twisted the fire tube. Unbeknownst to me he also twisted the fire tube and the ferrules off in both the regulator and the pilot light basically ruining both and completely destroying my 3 year old fireplace insert. I was very upset and I told the tech I was not happy with his work and that I would be forced to call his boss. I called and was greeted with excuse after excuse after excuse on how it was normal for fire tubes to get bent. Keep in mind he was not asked to touch the tube but he chose to anyway and ended up damaging it so badly it rendered my unit unusable without major repairs. I was told they would order the parts and repair it but after a couple of weeks I called to see the progress and was told he didn't appreciate me talking down to his employee and then reiterated that it was normal for these tubes to break. WHAT?!!! By the way the part had not been ordered yet and was never given a reason why so I asked for a refund and cancellation of the fraud called a savings club. Refund was given but I still had to order the parts myself and have a much more competent company come and fix the broken and destroyed fireplace. I highly recommend that if someone is not there to do the job they were called out to do and is trying to sell you a saving plan, tell them to take a hike. Now I am sure this owner will go on and on and on about how it was all my fault but as far as I'm concerned they are out for themselves and certainly not there to provide a professional service or hire competent techs. I called Arrow Appliance on Saturday 10/07/23, and explained to the technician we had vents, and…read moredryer cleaned out because dryer was randomly throwing error code 90. After this was done, dryer was now throwing error code 80 or error code 90 every 5-10 minutes when the dryer was running. The technician informed me it was common for these types of dryers; and if the dryer is heating, most people continue to run them and disregard the code. It could be the thermostat, or something with the board. I wanted to go ahead and schedule an appt to have it repaired. Appt was scheduled Monday 10/09 between 12:00pm-4:00pm. No one showed up on Monday, towards the end of the day I realized it was Columbus Day assumed maybe the office was closed. On Wednesday 10/11 I tried to dry a load of laundry, and kept restarting it after the error code, after about an hour of doing this frequently I noticed a plastic burning smell, and decided not to continue. I called this company back and spoke with a nice woman, who apologized for the no show and explained to me their after hours technician (Jason I think) did not put me on Mondays schedule like he was supposed to. I understand mistakes happen not the end of the world. She could get me on the schedule Thursday 10/12 between 8am-12pm. I received a text that Jason the technician was on his way. I thought this was the technician I spoke with on Saturday, he seemed knowledgeable of the issue. When Jason the technician arrived, his demeanor was as if he was inconvenienced, not personable at all. When we made it to the laundry room and I started to explain the error code issue / timeline. He immediately jumped to vents being cleaned and how they were cleaned, I've already explained the issue twice, and assume to this technician. I had enough of his attitude and asked him to leave, I was no longer interested in doing business with this company. instead of him cutting me off and jumping to what the issue could be he should have stood there and listened, be respectful of someone's time, especially when they were understanding of the mistake that was made, the customers time was inconvenienced when the company didn't show up. My 17 year old daughter who could hear the technician even stated he was rude after he left. I received a text requesting a review, I decided to share how I felt and responded with two texts " I'm not happy with my experience I asked your technician to leave" and " I think I was rather patient, and understanding for the no show appt on Monday and to have someone show up that was not friendly, seemed inconvenienced, was rather disappointing." I received a response back " Julie C. from Appliance 911 KC/Arrow Appliance OKC: According to our technician the error codes you are receiving on your dryer are for a clogged vent and you advised him they were clean. He asked you who had cleaned your vent, you got upset and you then asked him to leave. I am sorry that you did not have a good experience but there are two sides to every story. In the future you may want to use a different service provider. Thanks!" If someone is going to use the quote "there are 2 sides to every story", as a validation their employee was not being in the wrong.. At least use it correctly sheesh... "There is 2 sides to every story and then there is the truth."

He came back and worked extensively to get it working. The problem wasn't his problem it was an electrical panel issue. Electrician corrected the electrical problem that corrected the issue. Even though it wasn't his problem he worked through the issue never charging any additional money even though it cost him a lot of time. He made sure it was working for us. Not his problem but made sure all was right for us. Great dedication. Quality work. Awesome person. I would recommend him to anyone.

Since he had told me he'd be here on Friday, and this was Wednesday, I called him back to ensure that he hadn't called in error. He assured me that he was coming. HE WAS A NO SHOW, NO CALL. The following morning he called at 8:15 and said he was on his way. By 11:30 I started to believe he wasn't coming so I called him again to verify. He said he must have called by mistake. So now it's 7:30 PM Friday and HE'S STILL A NO SHOW!! Never fear, I called another company out last night and they came right out and fixed the issue. I'm cool now, but this guy's service is not cool.
