This time was a yellow ceramic shoe about 3" high, to go with my yellow vintage ceramics. In the past it's been a pair of 1950's earrings, or a tiny canoe for my Mom. Don also restores, repairs, and sells pinball machines & jukeboxes. If you ask, he will let you play some of the machines that he's fixed.

He provides space for individual dealers to showcase their stuff which makes it feel like a "mini-mall." A great place to find a gift for someone with particular interests. Prices range from a few dollars to a lot of dollars! Best of all is the pinball machine nook on the upper deck area. Donnie will let you play the ones that are up and running. He also repairs and resells machines.

I would have given 5 stars but I took one off for price/value as I noticed some items were inappropriately priced. There was a marble top 'antique Empire plant stand' for $425.00 that was not an antique, but a reproduction sold by the Bombay Company. Also, I overheard the sales lady quoting a price of $1,500 or $1,600 (I can't remember the exact amount) for a set of Fall of the Roman Empire books, which I was able to find and purchase on Ebay for $100 that evening. So do your research when you shop here and be sure you are paying the correct price.

Mind you, I spend hundreds of dollars here a month. If you go when the weather is above 80 it's sweltering in here because there's no air conditioning. They prop the doors open and have fans blowing inward, bringing the hot air with it. And God forbid you bring your well behaved kids with you to treasure hunt because you'll be followed the entire time you're in here. I'm also extremely uncomfortable with the sheer amount of Jim Crow era memorabilia for sale. It's not one or two booths either, it's many. There is exactly zero reason any one of these booths need to have a single piece of this racist stuff for sale in the year 2026. I give Granny's Attic 3 stars because there are several booths that I just love and I can always find something great and the younger workers are nice and helpful. Everything else gets 0 stars.

I'm a "look at every bit & bob" kinda gal, so it took about 2 hours to go through the whole selection. Clean bathrooms on both floors were greatly appreciated. Like any "antique" shop in a touristy city, but especially one as known for history, MCM and ties to classic Hollywood as PS, prices were on the higher side, but some booths were running discounts, so it's always worth a perusal. We were pleased to find many Royal Haeger pieces to add to our collection. We didn't buy all of them but we left with an awesome haul! We will be back.
