Claudio Auto Service is the absolute worst shop I've ever dealt with. They told me $100 for a job but magically raised it to 200 without any explanation once the work was already done. It felt like a complete scam. When I asked about the price increase, they gave me some vague excuses that didn't even make sense. On top of that, their work is careless and sloppy. After they supposedly replaced my alternator, I started experiencing electrical issues because they didn't install it properly. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they just brushed it off, leaving me to take my car elsewhere to get it fixed. And let's talk about when i went to take my car do an oil change. They didn't even seal it right, and my car started leaking oil soon after. I had to pay for another mechanic to fix their mess because I wouldn't trust Claudio Auto Service with a tricycle, let alone my car. The worst part? When you call them out on their shady practices, they gaslight you. They'll respond to negative reviews by blaming the customer for their incompetence, then block you so you can't respond. It's the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen from a business. Save your time, money, and sanity--go literally anywhere else. Compre un carro usado y tenia una serie de problemas, amortiguador, aire, liqueo de aceites, barra estabilizadoras... unos sonidos que me tenian loca en algunas poleas estaba frustrada porque pensaba que me tomaria mucho tiempo salir de todo eso y seria bastante costoso. Claudio me reviso el carro y no solo me dio esperanza con esa amabilidad sincera que tiene... sino que el mismo me ayudo a pedir algunas de las piezas y otras las tenia en el taller y en solo un par de dias me entrego mi carro impecable y solo tuve que invertirle 450 dolares con todo y mano de obra y piezas... volvi por algo que no entendia y el garantiza un anio cualquier arreglo que haga en el taller sin muchas averiguaciones ni cuentos. Ademas a diferencia de muchos talleres el tiene un area de espera confortable con TV, Donus y cafe gratis ademas del internet y cualquier cosa que se te ocurra el vive dandote vuelta hasta si tienes hambre para mandarte a comprar algo... Increible Increible trato en un pais como este... Hablan ingles y espanol... este es mi taller y el de la familia desde ahora... ojala siempre mantengan ese trato de amigos. read more

They did a terrible job messed up my oil change. After they worked on my car, the oil started leaking because they didn't do it right. Total carelessness. I had to get it fixed elsewhere because I'm never letting them touch my car again. Absolute joke of a shop.Claudio Auto Service gaslights anyone who leaves a negative review. They reply blaming the customer for their mistakes, then block them from responding. It's shady and unprofessional--classic move from a shop that can't own up to their failures. Avoid at all costs. $100 for an oil change when I took my own oil & filter to them is diabolical. Please do not go here. Because "Claudio Auto Service" completely messed up my alternator replacement. Highly recommend this group. They did a pre-purchase inspection on a pre-owned car I was interesting in buying from a local dealership. They did a very detailed review of the car including getting it up on a lift to inspect the under carriage, the breaks, full diagnostic check, and took it out on the highway to determine if there was any issues with the car at higher speeds. They provided me with a clear explanation of everything they did and the thankfully minor things they found that I was able to address with the dealership before buying the car. The work was done timely and for a very reasonable price. The entire staff was very friendly not only to me but also the other customers in the shop that day. Thank you again! My car broke down on the NJ Turnpike last week when I was driving from DC to CT. It was so scary to break down in the middle of a pandemic in a state that is at the epicenter and every mechanic I called was either closed or said they could not look at my car until the next morning. I called Claudio and was told they could look at my car right away. When the tow truck brought it there, a mechanic looked at the car right away, determined the problem (a shredded belt), ran down the street to get the required parts, and fixed the car within an hour or so. He charged me under $200 for the whole fix. I am so very grateful for his kindness, honesty, and quick work! read more

i contacted Claudio Auto Service through Yelp told them my issue they said to come in no obligation to look at my issue upon arrival the owner had his tech look at my problem and he fixed it in 5 minutes with no service charge just the cost of the fuse Ive had 3 different people that couldn't figure it out before hand Im happy that I finally found a pro that knows his business I highly recommend them you wont be disappointed read more

Claudio Auto Service is a auto repair center with goods mechanics also car electrician. I install a remote starter and GPS system into my car easy, cheap and work fine. The have a lobby friendly area with Free Good Coffe and Donuts also TV entertairment. In the zone is the best, friendly a honest people..the talk english and spanish. 5 Stars ! read more
