Or so I thought They told me they'd have to see the inside of the car to see what they had to do I showed them the inside They said it would be $150 to do it Was expensive but I said ok do it Next day I go to drop my car off they tell me it's $200 Not only did they mark up the price out of thin air But they left pieces of old stripped wires all around my trunk where they installed the subwoofer and left my door panels all out of place even breaking clips. If I could rate 0 stars I would. $200 down the drain for a job that for someone with experience takes less than an hour He even left a plastic wrapped car battery static protector I had in my car INSIDE the ported subwoofer box. I don't drive a foreign car so the fact that I had to pay for some special type of oil I didn't want and wasn't aware was highly unusual to me. There wasn't anyone else there and maybe their prices are keeping business away. They advertise auto & truck sales so maybe that's where the pricing comes in? I mentioned my hearing impairment and they seemed very courteous on how they spoke to me, which I definitely appreciated. let me start off by saying this is my first time using ubry's. I was having some problems with my…read moretruck, turned out it needed a new fuel tank. Went in and i was greeted by mike who right away got me in and took the keys to my truck and told me they would get in touch once they looked over everything and confirmed the repair. Next day i was called by his father Don who told me that it would need a new tank and that he had located one for me, turns out the tank was no good and he had then again searched and located another tank for me. making a long story short the tank that he had found was damaged by the shipping company during transport. Mike then got on the phone with the company that i had ordered the replacement tank from and had them send out another to the shop. All this time my truck was kept safe and sound! finally after all these issues with the fuel tank we had a nice tank delivered. In no time at all these guys got my truck running again and back on the road. These mechanics have to be the most friendly and kind mechanics i have ever met, I have been looking for a local shop for the past couple month to do my repairs when needed. It is safe to say i have found that shop and i will not be taking my vehicles to anyone else but these guys! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! if you guys are looking for honest and amazing auto repairs i recommend you give these guys a try, IM sure you will not meet any greater mechanics than mike and don!
