So if your time is precious to you, take that into consideration. The biggest issue that prompts this review is beware of their billing practices. The billing department will take money out of your account the same minute you receive the invoice. You won't know what date that is because they don't tell you, it's all a beautiful surprise! Really unethical practices, so be careful, taking money unannounced from your account, various amounts, various times.

I originally went to see Marisa for extreme anxiety and ongoing sleep issues, after trying what felt like every modality out there: somatic exercises, journaling, therapy, BIT, meditation, breath-work...you name it.
