We decided to indulge in their happy hour menu from 3 to 5 p.m., which was a great way to unwind after a day of shopping with the family. Despite arriving without reservations, we were seated within five minutes of our arrival. The food was simply delicious and fresh, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. The meals were delicious, ahi tacos perfect, salad was fresh, and the chicken was crispy and juicy with a flavorful, yet not overpowering sauce. The menu is quite small but everything we had on it was fantastic. The virgin pina colada was pretty but didn't taste like any love was put into it. I guess go with the real thing, it might turn out better. The desserts were also to die for. That is probably the best key lime pie I have ever had. Creamy and not overly tangy. It was perfect. The snickers waffles were good, interesting dessert and delightful. Service was nice and no problems with our visit. Just wish they had a few more options to choose from.

It was crispy, flavorful, and not overly greasy. I also got the Mad Man Roll, and the snow crab tasted really fresh. The flavors all worked well together. The crispy calamari was another favorite, especially with the sweet and sour dipping sauce. Even the cucumber salad was super fresh and refreshing. I skipped the cocktails this time, but they looked good, so that's definitely on my list for my next visit. Service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal, and parking was easy thanks to the parking structure right across from the restaurant. Anyway, we made it for dinner Saturday night. When we arrived, the patio seating was pretty much open as everyone wanted inside seating with the heat going on. They do have the mister on full blast if you wanted to be outside which people did utilized it half an hour after we arrived. There's a couple of hi top tables and seating at the bar area but main seating is the kitchen counter. It's like the chefs table. You're literally watching them cook and interacting with them. I love it there. The service is alway great and the staff are always amazing and friendly. It's like family getting together when we walk in. Of course you have the two brothers Ruben and Ozzys taking good care of everyone. The main counter where we like seats about 10 or so people and it all looks into the kitchen. Love that we can interact with the chefs while dining. But everyone comes for the main thing, the amazing seafood dishes. Would you get seafood in the desert. This place I say yes. Everytime we've been here which has been years, the meal has alway been excellent. And this time was another great experience. We have our regular that we alway go with for starters. The mussels in white wine sauce is definitely a must. Big meaty green mussels with a delicious white wine broth and of course you have to have the garlic bread for dipping. We didn't get any other starters but I do recommend the poke stack, both fresh oyster and grilled. Ahi is excellent with the dipping sauce and if you don't want seafood as a starter, the lamb chops are quite nice. They also have a good selection with their wine list and mixed drinks. I believe it's a full bar as well. Entrees, my favorite is the Ruben specials. Shrimp, crab, scallop, mussels and clams with garlic, basil, tomatoes, green onions in a white wine sauce with linguine. So so good and flavorful. Ozzy special is another favorite but we didn't get it this time. Also it was a first time getting the crab enchiladas. Let me say, it was delicious. 2 hand rolled corn tortillas stuffed with crab meat and cheese with creamy verde sauce and cheese. That's served with rice. Simple dish but so delicious and flavorful. The meal was delicious as always and the company was excellent. Everyone here is the best and the sweetest and friendliest. The locals love it here as they tend to know everyone that walks in. It was also the start of restaurant weeks in Palm Springs which participating restaurant will offer dinner deals. Sunset was one of them. A two course meal which we opted out on. I booked a last minute dinner reservation for 8pm which we ended up running a little behind but called in to informed the restaurant. The sweet lady that answered which I also believe was the hostess was very accommodating. We did arrive about 10 min later which the table wasn't ready but could grab a drink at the bar while table was arranged. As we had a friend in town, we wanted to have one of the rocking tables but they were first come first served. Our table did come up but we ended up waiting a little longer till one of the rockers opened up. Hostess was very accommodating with us in regards of the table. Very sweet on her part. Bar tab had to be close there which we couldn't transfer over to dinner. Nicholas was the doll that took care of us. Very lively and a major sweetheart. Made sure that we were taken care of throughout the whole dining experience. Very sweet and bubbly even being short staffed. He made sure all this tables were accounted for. We didn't utilize the pre fix meal as what we wanted wasn't part of it. Started off an order of the aguachile which was a favorite last time and an order of the coconut jumbo shrimp. The flavors with both shrimp dish, very tasty in their own way. Coconut shrimp had a nice crunch and served with two dipping sauce. Big jumbo shrimp, mussels, clams and fish in a rich tomatoes broth. For an additional fee I added pasta to it. Totally worth it. Even though it was hot out, it was perfect. Too full for dessert as alway. This service experience was a major success. Service was great last time but the whole food situation was a fail. But tonight made up for that experience. We had a nice meal with drinks from the very start with checking in, having a drink at the bar while our table was ready to the meal.
