Super fast, no up-selling or run arounds. Great prices. Been several times with no issues and in and out easily.

Only Chevy/GMC/Buick dealer in Newberry…read more We accompanied our friend to advise her on purchase of Chevy Trax. She found a new 2026 at this dealership list price $22K. Didn't see any haggling of here's one price let me see if we can do better type shenanigans. This was probably in part that she was set on buying this car so didn't put any argument against the price. We got there about 2 on Sat and left after 5:30. The sales people were straight shooters on what was the price, the extra coverages offered, and steps of purchase process. The lobby waiting area is modest but there's enough seats, and they have this auto coffee machine that could make about 11 varieties of coffee! Some charging ports, vending machines around near restrooms. The trax in pic attached is actual one she purchased off the showroom. The ease of the buying process and generally low price would have me consider coming here out of Columbia, so congratulations.

BAIT-AND-SWITCH FRAUD - Refunded Deposit Only After Formal Complaint…read moreDO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. What Happened: October 23: Received written quote for $1,118/month on 2026 Tahoe High Country Thursday: Paid $500 deposit (told refundable if not approved "under quoted terms") Friday: Submitted credit applications (787 FICO scores - excellent credit) Saturday: Sales rep TEXTED: "approved with the A+ tier with bank" (GM Financial's BEST credit tier for 780+ FICO scores) Monday: Quoted $1,483/month (D tier pricing, NOT A+ tier as approved) Monday: When I questioned the $365/month increase, dealer responded: "That was before your credit application had been submitted" - THIS IS A LIE. Saturday's text was sent AFTER both applications were processed and we were confirmed A+ tier approved. THE FRAUD: Confirmed A+ tier approval Saturday (via text message sent AFTER credit applications processed) Charged D tier rates Monday ($1,483/mo instead of A+ tier $1,050-1,150) Made FALSE STATEMENT claiming quote was "before credit submitted" when their own Saturday text proves applications were already processed Overcharge: $365/month = $13,140 over lease term We have 787 FICO scores. We qualified for A+ tier. Dealer confirmed A+ approval in writing Saturday. Then Monday tried to charge us D tier rates and lied about the application timing to justify it. They ONLY refunded our $500 deposit AFTER we sent formal complaint threatening regulatory action. Dealer REFUSED to explain: Why A+ tier approval = $1,483/month Why they made false statement "before credit submitted" when their own Saturday text proves applications were processed What money factor markup they added COMPLAINTS FILED WITH: SC Department of Consumer Affairs GM Financial Customer Relations Better Business Bureau Federal Trade Commission GM Corporate Customer Assistance SC Attorney General WARNING TO CONSUMERS: This dealership approves you at best credit tier, confirms it in writing, then charges worst tier rates and makes FALSE STATEMENTS about application timing to justify the markup. Classic dealer fraud. They will quote you one price to get you in, confirm you're approved at best tier, then try to charge you $300-400/month more while lying that the quote was "before credit was submitted." AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Shop at honest dealers like Jim Hudson or Hendrick instead.
