The service representative was very nice and helpful to me, the technician definitely helped me out with my problems and fixed it. A little pricey, 6 months later I'm still waiting to get my truck back ( due to only having one diesel tech). And they can't find why the fuel is still surging too much pressure. Do NOT trust these people with your car. If I could give a negative star, I would. They quoted a price, and then told me that the price went up $800 due to an 'hour billing error' and then I could pay the new price of $2900 or a $1000 for them to put it back together without doing what we needed done. We got the car back with no work done and now the engine light is on and the engine is knocking. They refused to provide any paperwork outlining what they did. read more

i took my 2018 jeep to taylors for them to replace the radiator a few months ago. they did and had put on the work order that they were replacing the thermostat also. when i got it back the service engine light was on. our neighbor had a device that told you what the symbol meant. it said that it was the thermostat. we took it back and told them about what the symbol meant. they did a diagnostic anyway and charged it to us. they did not put a new thermostat in so i was under the impression that we would only have to pay for the thermostat which i was willing to pay for but they had to put new antifreeze in. our bill ended up being around four hundred dollars. i think it was un fair to have to pay all that for their mistake. they should be willing to make their mistake good and not pass it on to us. maybe they made us pay because we are senior citizens. read more

I was fortunate to get a ride back home as I didn't have another driver who could pick me up. I have been a one or two automobile owner for more than 70 years. During a 30 year military service career, I have lived in many areas of the country. I have dealt with more automobile service agencies than I can remember. I have recently moved to Chapin. Months prior to this move, my rare and much treasured 2007 Jaguar XKR developed a recurring and puzzling problem. I had taken it to Jaguar dealerships and my local mechanic several times. Each shop replaced random parts, charged lots of money, but never got to the root of the problem. On the advice of new friends and neighbors, I contacted Taylor's Auto Service. I did have serious concerns using an unfamiliar and unspecialized facility. I called, described the symptoms I had experienced and scheduled an appointment a few days later to drop off the car. On the first visit, the car behaved normally in the shop without issue so they returned it without charge. The problem occurred again soon after, requiring a 2nd visit with a more detailed system inspection. This has been the general pattern for this very random and rare recurring problem. With a better appreciation of the situation, Taylor's specialized electrical staff quickly found the TRUE problem, ordered and installed the part, and my pet was finally back home and running properly. While reloading my personal gear the next day, I accidentally triggered the car's anti-theft system. The car froze and I was unable to release it. I called Taylor's, asked for help, and the Shop Chief came to my residence. He quickly reset the system and gave me his expert advice to prevent this from happening again. There was no charge for the rescue. I have never experienced service like this anywhere. Needless to say, Taylor's will be my family's one and only service contact from now on. read more

I was very impressed with the service at Taylor's Auto! My headlight's wires had corroded and I googled a car electrician. They were the first to pop up and had great reviews. They definitely lived up to them! When I called in Micah was very helpful! He was excellent throughout the process and worked with us on what we wanted to have done. He kept me very updated- as well as my husband who knows more about cars than I do, haha! They were also able to fit in a last minute oil change before I picked up my car. Very reasonably priced too!
