Instead of being greeted in a friendly manner or asked what service we needed, we were met with a lack of enthusiasm from the staff. It felt like they didn't really want to help or have us there. A salon should feel inviting, especially if they advertise that walk-ins are welcome. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but welcoming. If you're looking for a place with great customer service, I'd suggest going elsewhere. I would give it a negative one star but one star is the lowest.
