Have used them before for my fiancé to change flat and put the spare on. Easy 10 minute job. If I was not of town would of done it myself. 6 months later (same car and same after market wheels) had another flat. No big deal. Called pop-a-lock to do the switch for my fiancé. Waited 45 mins for them to get there to tell her that they will not touch after market wheels.. it's company policy. My fiancé called me to inform me. I decided to call and asked if it's a new policy and the lady reassured me that it's always been company policy. Again, easy job...Especially since the key for the lug nuts is in the glove box.. not asking for an alignment, balance, or mounting lol. Just put on the donut for my fiancé. Awesome company! I was locked out of my apartment with a deadbolt, and my crying puppy inside. David showed up but didn't have the tools for the deadbolt but offered to wait for someone who could get into a deadbolt with me, which was awesome because it was so late. John then came all the way from Tampa and was able to get into my apartment quickly! He also put my lock back together like it never happened! Had an emergency flat. I was it of town traveling. Ben, called to update me with his where about and how long it would take him to get to me. He was there in under 35 minutes. After changing my tire he even gave me information on what would or wouldn't be open that following day (Sunday). He was a great help. The wait wasn't long. Called for Door open....was told $25.00 to show up and $29.00 an hour...Sub Contractor shows up (we do locksmith) says they will be there in 25 mins. Turns out to be an hour...Charges 95.00 says we don't charge by hour.....Scammers typical locksmith. read more

Very Unprofessional service. When technician could not pick the lock, he advised tenants to break a window in a home that they did not own. And not only that, he pointed out which would be the cheapest window to break. Management refuses to pay for the window by saying it was the techs word over 5 witnesses. (Get it, that's 5 witnesses and 1 technician who I am sure needs his job). I only choose a star because I cannot warn you without choosing one. Needs a thumbs down symbol. read more

Locksmith arrived 30 min. late, with no apology nor phone call. After he parked his vehicle, he proceeded to sit inside of it for a full 10 min., talking on the phone while I stood outside waiting. He did this before even saying hello. After he programmed my fob, he went back inside his vehicle, alledgedly to make out my bill, but was AGAIN on the phone for 5-10 min. We locked ourselves out of the house late at night . Late. And wearing our pajamas, no less. We've had no prior need for a locksmith, so we began making cold calls. After contacting a few services that sounded as if we were calling someone's ex-brother-in-law (seriously - I think there was a fight going on in the background during of one of my calls), we found Pop-a-Lock. What a relief! The woman who answered the phone was efficient and professional. She dispatched a locksmith to arrive within thirty minutes. The cost of the visit was fair (a little more than the brother-in-law place, but then he thought "maybe he could make it 'down there' in a couple of hours....") We received a text with the service provider's name and photo and a Google track of his route. Whomever thought to provide that was a genius (or a parent) - it was incredibly reassuring to know who was coming and when he would arrive. Our Locksmith was charming - professional, courteous, and engaged. We felt comfortable having him in our home - not a small thing at such an hour. Just getting us back in so quickly would have met my expectation - our tech far exceeded them. read more
