As of today, more than three weeks after that text and nearly 12 months after you took possession of my TV, I still do not have my TV back and my recent text messages have gone unanswered. You stated in your response that customers would be getting their TVs back soon and that you do not keep customers' TVs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Despite multiple promises over the past several months, my TV remains in your possession. What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication. I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer: my 85" Sony TV has been gone for nearly 12 months, I have paid nearly $500, I still do not have my TV back, and I am currently receiving no responses to my messages. One thing to note for potential customers, if they tell you your stereo component will be ready in six to eight weeks it is because they are busy. If you want your classic audio system repaired by a pro, Fred is the way to go. He and Jimmy will take good care of it. Jimmy will also call you or send you a text with an update, if need be. Fred is a friendly guy and has a sense of humor. If you don't have a sense of humor you probably won't get his. Please make yourself aware of their hours -for- customer appointments. Keeping it simple: they are busy because they know what they are doing. I saw first hand the inventory of stereo units that are being repaired and on deck for repair. I am a business owner myself, the customer is so important, but it is important that the customer trust the business owner they are hiring. My CD player was fixed on time and works perfectly now. I didn't know this when I hired them. I was referred by another business who suggested I reach out. I'm glad I did. I had another dishwasher repairman come in and quote me $600+ to repair the dishwasher. At that point, I decided I was ready to buy a new one. Then I got a referral to Home Ease Solutions and Nick showed up. He was courteous, prepared and ready to take on the challenge of this finicky Bosch dishwasher. I am very pleased with Home Ease Solutions. They went out of their way to accommodate a pre Thanksgiving repair, took the time to diagnose and not guess at the problem, and then while at my house at 7:00pm when he finished, didn't try to up charge me for the late hour work. Nick knows his dishwashers in detail and has many years, as I found out, repairing them. He also does washers and dryers too. I would give this business 6 stars if I could but 5 is the max.
