The comments are rolling in and everyone had a great time. The set-up/tear-down of their tables and equipment was seamless. Their employees are fun people, very professional but willing to laugh and have a good time (at least I hope they did!). We rented tables, chairs, and a tent for my wedding. The chairs were all very dirty and a few of…read morethem were broken upon arrival. The tables were very beat up and most of them were warped. When everything was dropped off and picked up they expected to use our bobcat to unload everything. All of the rentals were supposed to be picked up on Tuesday and they showed up Monday with no communication and said they figured the barn would be open if no one was home. Overall I am very disappointed with the services received and would not recommend this company to anyone.

He told me he was behind on paperwork, but that I was on his schedule. Day of our 5:00 wedding, he wasn't there at 4:00. I called and asked if they were on their way. He asked me when my event was. When I told him today at 5:00 he remembered me. Told me he could be there. We did see him drive by, after the wedding had started. I definitely do not recommend. No chairs isn't the end of the world, but it certainly made certain things, like seating of the mothers and grandmothers impossible. And the older guests really needed somewhere to sit in the heat. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Rented a floor sander that quit half way thru the job . I had it rented for 24 hours . Picked it up…read moreat 2:30 in the afternoon it quite working at 7:00 I was three quarters of the way done and they were closed . I called them in the morning and they said bring it back we will swap it with the other one they had . I am thinking ok great I have to make another trip but fair enough. here is the thing, the job would have been done and over if it would not have quite working . Now they want to charge me 4 hours to take the other sander to finish the job the first one was unable too . When I talked to Tiffany the manager she said they plugged the first one in and worked fine . I can tell you it did not It slowly lost power and got hot as we were using it and then it quit . I tried a different outlet thinking maybe I blew a fuse still wouldn't work . I would avoid these people if you have other options the customer service is awful .
