Rented a floor sander that quit half way thru the job . I had it rented for 24 hours . Picked it up…read moreat 2:30 in the afternoon it quite working at 7:00 I was three quarters of the way done and they were closed . I called them in the morning and they said bring it back we will swap it with the other one they had . I am thinking ok great I have to make another trip but fair enough. here is the thing, the job would have been done and over if it would not have quite working . Now they want to charge me 4 hours to take the other sander to finish the job the first one was unable too . When I talked to Tiffany the manager she said they plugged the first one in and worked fine . I can tell you it did not It slowly lost power and got hot as we were using it and then it quit . I tried a different outlet thinking maybe I blew a fuse still wouldn't work . I would avoid these people if you have other options the customer service is awful .

I feel that the price is here are significantly higher than your grocery stores. Even the stuff in bulk you're better off buying at Costco or Sam's Club. The quality there seems to be better than the store brand here. Staff themselves were not too friendly didn't really talk or greet you.
