So, I called and spoke with a female who said that she would get ahold of the estimator and get back with me. Another week went by....no calls. So, I called again and left a message with someone who appeared to be taking calls during the lunch hour. He said he would give them the message and they would call back. Another week....no calls. I guess if they didn't think the job was profitable enough, maybe they should have at least had the courtesy to let me know so I could get another estimate. Now weeks have passed by and I have to start all over again with new estimates. They were not reliable at all when it came to returning my calls and I never even got an estimate for the work. I am a businessman too. Good luck running a business that way. You'll be out of business once word gets around.

The job required a crane, climbing, hanging, and things you couldn't pay me $1 million to do! These guys were kind, professional, on time, and got the job done. They were fun, too. I had six quotes for this job and they were the best one--and did a job beyond what I could ask for including clean up, and asking questions along the way to ensure they were doing what we wanted.
