Recently changing hands in ownership…read more Tire Hill Auto Exchange dealt more with car purchasing whereas the new business is for repairs to your vehicle. I was in need of replacing a part on my car and not having the right tools to do it myself I was looking around for somewhere that would do what I needed. My dad had told me about this place and I was unaware that they switched to doing maintenance for vehicles. I called and set up an appointment and just waited until that day. When I showed up I had no wait whatsoever. They took my information, parts that I had already purchased and told me that they would call when they were done. To my surprise they were extremely quick. Not even an hour later and they were telling me that they were wrapping up. They even asked if I wanted them to do something else on the vehicle, but I declined as I have that under control. When I showed back up to pick up my vehicle it was swift. They told me that I didn't need the one part, which was nice, I could return it. Got my invoice, paid and was on my way. It was a quick and painless experience. If I am in need I will definitely return in the future.

The day of the appointment just a couple hours before the appointment I was called and told I had to reschedule for the next day. So the next day I show up to get my tires put on. And the guy tells me the tires aren't the right speed rating he can't put them on my truck. So I waisted over a week waiting to get these tires put on only to find out they ordered me the wrong tires to begin with. I had another shop tighten them and when they removed my wheel, the rim holes were now oblong, and they had to replace the rim, the lug nuts and bolts. When I called Dean Jordan to report this, the manager was rude and would not take responsibility. I intend to visit the business next week with a copy of my bill from the other repair shop.
