The ballroom we were in was Ball room B, and it was nothing short of amazing. A grand staircase that leads to a couple of suits where brides, bridal parties, and birthday girls can get ready at. The room itself is grand. Hosts about 300 people or so. It has a bar towards the back of the room. The food was delicious. We had appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Everything from the meat and cheese, fruits, crab cakes, calamari, egg rolls, etc. was delicious! I ate so much food and felt no guilt about it. If I lived in the state, this would definitely be my go-to location to host any events as they do go above and beyond to help make sure things run smoothly on the day of the event. Towards the end of the night, we had the pleasure of meeting one of the Co Owners, Ernesto, I believe. He was very polite and asked how we liked the venue and if we had a great time. He even took the time out to show us more of the grounds that we didn't see as we were not in that area.
