Found them in a local mailer magazine and scheduled them to do a tune up on my unit. They were in…read morethe attic for maybe 2 minutes total and spent about 5 minutes on the outside unit. After having my A/C leak through my ceiling I called another company and they discovered the float switch was not connected. If this was connected my ac would have shut down until the clog in the drain line was cleared. Also the tech called me up into the attic to show me how filthy the inside of the unit was. As I suspected the My AC hook up tech didn't remove the panel or apparently touch the attic unit. Edit to respond to the owner. I have attached my payments to your company for a full AC tune up and some duct work. So now you can see that I am in fact an unhappy former customer. Also any reputable HVAC company includes a detailed cleaning in a tune up. So buyer beware, unless you're willing to babysit these clowns and make sure they're doing what you're paying them too they will do shoddy work or half the job.

We had multiple issues after spending not only money on the annual contract but paying a significant amount more to get coils and fans and units cleaned. After all the time and money our main unit stopped working. when we had another service come to assist b\c our annual service couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from AND why the unit stopped working- the new company shared photos of the rooftop unit that had been more than neglected. The fan of the unit was literally hanging off. Tried to work with magment to resolve the issue and although Judah was professional, he didn't want to hear that it was thier problem at all. Am i an HVAC professional - nope, but i do know even when i have my home vendor come for my twice a year check ups, they tell me everything i should replace / fix or what is coming to end of life. Never did we have this from Dana's. Also wording on former invoice were altered to avoid fault. So sad to be treated llike this, especially a non-profit - but really anyone. I strongly advise against using this company. I had a York system installed by Elite five years…read moreago, and it has been problematic from the start. Over that period, I've had to replace three capacitors, have the drain line re-pitched due to improper installation, and schedule multiple service calls every year--all stemming from mistakes made during the original installation. Recently, the system completely failed. Two independent HVAC companies inspected it and diagnosed a failed compressor, both recommending a full system replacement, noting that York units are well-known for these kinds of issues. Acting on the advice of one of these companies, I contacted Elite to see if my compressor was under warranty. I was informed by their office, through their general manager, that I had a 10-year parts and labor warranty, and that the repair would cost only $180. However, when the technicians arrived, I was suddenly told that I did not have a labor warranty and that I would be responsible for diagnostic fees, labor, refrigerant, and other associated costs--completely contradicting what I had been told prior. The communication within this company has been disorganized at best and misleading at worst. This experience has demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. I would recommend avoiding this company if you are looking for reliable, honest HVAC service

We contacted the Boca Raton, Florida location of Lowe's Cleaning Services, to have our air ducts…read morecleaned which was done on February 20, 2024. Upon arrival, the tech informed us that he would be joined by a colleague of his, who was "in training" and it was his first day, or thereabouts, on the job. As part of the process, they took off all the air vent covers and washed them outside. After completion of the job we noticed later that one of the vent covers was scuffed up, and upon further inspection, we noticed that all ten of them were scuffed up, and that the finish had come off. We contacted a manager of the company who advised us that there was nothing they could do and that the water must have caused it, "which rarely happens," and that we could paint them. We then told him that in our opinion the "tech in training" used a nozzle that had too much pressure on it and was placed too close to the covers which caused this. Furthermore, we told him that neither tech ever mentioned to us that this happened at all, yet surely the tech washing them must have seen that the finish came off upon washing them, yet instead of stopping after seeing what happened to ask us if they should continue, he continued with the process. According to another company we contacted to see what their opinion was on the finish that came off, we were told it should not have happened. We paid a total of $568.00 and requested a partial refund of $250.00 which would have only covered part of the cost of either painting or replacing the 10 vents. Please note that this company has a 100% customer satisfaction policy on their website, yet they refused to compensate us and/or make any attempt to make things right. They also ignored the complaint we filed with the Better Business Bureau and all communication from them. Also, as a side note, the tech arrived in a white van which had no logo on it, and neither tech was wearing a uniform, contrary to what is shown on their website. In conclusion, this company does not honor their 100% customer satisfaction policy, or try to make things right, which is totally unprofessional; and as such, I do not recommend them.

Chance was always there to answer my text and or emails. However, the work itself was awful. Everything from the kitchen was suppose to be individually cleaned and placed into a box due to the toxicity of the fire smut. However everything was just tossed (literally) into boxes. Broken glassware among other things. Some items were just placed in random spots in the garage. I've been finding them for 4 months now. Nothing was cleaned well, most items still had the powder from the fire extinguisher. Staples were left in the wall, crown molding was damaged, paint was damaged from the tape used, and the adhesive was left on wall & floors. After everything was said and done, the toxicity test still showed an elevated level. All that being said, when I contacted a claim adjuster they said they heard of fides, and he does great work, just not for fires. Which was my experience.
