My husband and I were greeted by the owners, who are a husband and wife duo. She welcomed us cheerily and while we were looking over the menu, she proudly let us know the food is cooked without seed oils and we were blown away bc that's unheard of for a taco shop most of them are for sure using that. She joked how they should probably have a sign saying it and I agreed. That is a huge selling point. The food absolutely held up. The meat was so tender, so fresh and flavorful- the cheese tasted quality-I'm not kidding that may be the best quesadilla I've ever had and I'm from LA, I've had my fair share.
