We've been using Mr. Pool of Coral Springs for Apache 3 years now. We were totally new to pool ownership and they were so helpful, even through COVID and thee chlorine shortage and the invasion of ants into the pool. More impressive is how cooperative they have been as we have a large rescue dog who cannot be outside when the pool service person is in the yard. They are helpful, knowledgeable and prompt about returning calls and texts. Your pool will be as close to worry free as you can get. They are awesome and I am glad we found them first. read more

Having an aggressive dog to monitor the property today for me is a must...so their calls allowed me to plan and lock my pet indoors and not lose my service for the day. This is a awesome pool service. The only reason I gave four stars is they don't offer a less expensive service for people with salt water pools as they do not have to put chlorine in my pool. Maybe add a chemical only package or a scrub and vacuum package. But they shoes up everyday like they said and pool was amazing for the time I had them. Thank you read more

Service is not good by the owners (I only worked with Mitch). They come and go too fast, have different people servicing my pool every week, and seem to be more concerned with quantity over quantity. They haven't started on the repairs yet, but great customer service and very considerate of their potential customers. The pool pump in my triplex was smoking on a weekend and I put in a request to maintenance. I received a call back after normal business hours from the owners of Mr Pool giving me instructions on how to make sure everything was shut off and safe, then they assured me they'd be out soon to check it out. Just as I was wondering what was going on, I received a call from Stephanie letting me know that they will be repairing our pool. I appreciate them keeping me in the loop and being considerate of the residents in this complex. This company was maintaining the pool service at a home in Coral Springs that I recently purchased. According to the listing agent, the company notified her that the pump was stolen and needed to be replaced. (This was puzzling as the home is located in a gated community.) The company replaced the pool pump with a brand new one in the amount of $1,310.00. We closed on the home a week later and the pump is not working at all. We reached out to the company and the guy was very rude, would not give his name and demeaning. He asked if we were renters (which shouldn't matter), stated that the pump was not under warranty and it would cost if he came out. It is only right for a company to stand behind their SERVICE and PRODUCT. Any reputable company would have gladly came out to at least look at their work/product and possibly gain a new customer. read more

He even cleans up the tile around the pool when he is done to make sure everything is perfect. The office staff are friendly and easy to deal with. We highly recommend Mr. Pool! We had our pool deck resurfaced and the company that did it used our pool like a trash can-sweeping debris directly into it. It was filled with rocks, concrete and more. I found Mr. Pool on groupon and when I called Abby was so wonderful! I was able to text pics and within minutes had a call back and they were out the very next day! The owner himself came and cleaned the whole system. They even brought their own pump so none of the mess went through my system at all. Within 2 days my patio area looks like a magazine cover and we can finally appreciate the new pool deck. They are fast, clean and polite. So happy to have found them! read more

Issues imputing my address AND phone number in your Database just show whoever runs your office has no idea what they're doing since that seems like the most simple thing to do I had to request it to be changed a few times. Then crediting my check to the wrong account and making me send all this proof from the bank that the check was cashed was a total inconvenience to me and it was never fixed because the second bill I received still showed I had late fees and owed for the first month. The fact that you're blaming your employees not showing up to do their job that I paid for on a hurricane (which just happened) is completely ridiculous! This happened two months ago not yesterday! You even admitted your employees were not showing up to clean my pool so that's nice to try to blame it on a hurricane. Bragging about how much you do for the community has nothing to do with my experience with how your company is run. Ever since I left my review based on my experience I have been non stop harassed with phone calls, text messages, emails and then me AND my husband were both even located on social media and sent messages which totally creeped me out. It's amazing to me that all you have to say is "it was a computer problem and lightning" lightning never happened. YOUR WORKERS JUST BLATANLY DIDN'T SHOW UP! Week after week which you agreed with. So basically I paid for nothing. I already asked you to stop harassing us and STILL you are. Maybe if you spent this much time actually going to your clients pools and servicing them instead of harassing us your company would be run alittle better. This is just unbelievable! read more
