Our waitress did not immediately notice us and apologized for the wait, which was not necessary. We were only there a few minutes. It only got better from the there. Excellent food and the kindest staff that made us feel welcome and ensured our satisfaction. Don't pass up on this spot.

A midday meeting meant the dining room was calm enough for real conversation without having to raise our voices, which is a rarity during peak hours. The Classic Breakfast remains a reliable choice: straightforward, well‑executed, and consistent. Service was steady and unobtrusive, the kind of pacing that lets a group focus on the meeting without interruptions or long waits. As our group continues to grow, this spot is shaping up to be our go‑to. The combination of quiet midday atmosphere, dependable food, and smooth service makes it an easy pick for recurring meetups. Management listens to customers, refreshing!

The problem was the taste. That iced coffee was liquid diabetes and I left it sitting in my car once I got home I was so over it. I'm not just giving it one star for the horribly made iced coffee. Allegedly, I was informed that things are prepared without gloves. Ice dispenser... no gloves. I was shocked at the notion so I don't think I'll be making another visit until I hear some improvements and requirements have been implemented.

That's the whole point of it. In today's business environment, speed and convenience matter more than ever, and Jack's simply doesn't deliver on that basic expectation. I've stopped multiple times at the Meridian, Mississippi location. The food itself is solid. In fact, their chicken tenders are better than Zaxby's, Raising Cane's, and most competitors--crispy, flavorful, and consistently well-cooked. When Jack's gets it right, the product stands out. But the operational side is disorganized to the point of being unacceptable. A simple chicken biscuit in the morning can take up to 30 minutes. That defeats the entire purpose of fast food. Larger orders are even worse. I've placed family meal orders, driven to the restaurant, and found that the order hadn't even been started. That's not a delay--that's a breakdown. At that point, the experience becomes confrontational. You have to push just to get what you already ordered. Eventually, the food comes out, but by then the frustration outweighs the quality. I often leave saying I won't come back. And yet, I do--because the alternatives are just not as good. That's the irony. Jack's has a superior product but undermines it with poor execution. To make matters worse, the pricing doesn't match the experience. For the delays, inconsistency, and lack of urgency, the cost is simply not reasonable. Jack's has the potential to dominate in its category, but until it fixes its operations, it will continue to lose credibility with customers who value both quality and time.
