Gallegos is very unreliable. We will have to have their expensive piece of garbage, that was heavily scratched, and had multiple beverage rings etched on the surface as per an expert at stone restoration, replaced. When the stones were removed it was obvious the counter was black and the backsplash was gray. Gallegos seem to have very questionable business practices. Noticed they respond to negative feedback by criticizing the customer. Had they done their job well, no one would be complaining. Gallegos was given the opportunity to rectify their mistake. They sent a smug employee, allegedly to remove and polish the stone, he only wanted to photograph the hot mess, then got in the company truck and left. They used up their good will, I would not trust them in our home again!

Bill listened to my concerns and immediately began to educate me on how to determine if the floor was installed the right way and how I would be able to correct what had been done. Bill was genuinely interested in making sure I had the right information about tiles, the installation process and different techniques to get the best results. In the end, I had to remove everything down to the subfloor but I am so happy that I did because I will now avoid years of continuously having to repair a bad floor. Bill worked with me to pick the best floor tile for the design and price I wanted. He also met with my new contractor to make sure the floor would be installed correctly. It was such a good experience as a customer that I went back to get my counter and backsplash tiles. They did a gut renovation to our kitchen during the pandemic. Which was not an easy task. They transformed our dated galley kitchen into an absolutely beautiful, more functional kitchen. I showed them an idea I had for extra draw storage under the cabinets (kick-toe drawers) & they custom made them for us. There was a manufacturer issue with the cabinets & they contacted them immediately. Then came to our home with someone from the manufacturer to point out the issues & make sure they were resolved. And this was after we paid them in full. Fast forward to today & they came to our home to resolve an issue with one of the cabinet pulls within 24 hours of calling them to explain what happened.
