I need a Vape juice on a Sunday night when the place that I usually get my favorite juice is closed so I called around and almost no places had what I needed which was a 3 mg standard nicotine Vape juice for style vaping. Most places seem like they didn't care to check. When I called Mr. smokes I was greeted by a friendly "hello" who I would then learn was name Zac. After telling him what I needed he asked if he could put me on hold for a second to go and check which flavors they had for me that way I don't waste a trip driving all the way over to the shop. Ironically the phone call disconnected. We then proceeded to call each other back but seemed to keep getting a busy signal. Finally we got through and he told me what they had. I came by and he was super chill and definitely friendly. I didn't feel rushed and he seemed to genuinely want to to give me advice on what I should get based on my juice preferences. One of the best smoke shops I've ever been to. The boyfriend and I went in last night to pick up some new vapes and we didn't really have a clue on what to get. We asked the gentleman who worked there named Leo what he had for our price point and usage and recommended the Smok V-Fin kits would suit us well. After getting some e-juice and going home we had trouble setting it up and his had leak issues. We stopped by this morning to ask if we had done something wrong, and Leo gave us a run down on how to and don't do's. Left the store with fully functioning vapes and a happy boyfriend, I would recommend anyone in the area to stop on by and see Leo, he knows his stuff. I moved into the neighborhood recently and have been meaning to check this place out. I was quite disappointed with the prices and customer service. The person at the counter was rude, unwelcoming and disrespectful. He was completely ignoring me and chatting with another customer despite him already had been rung up. The guy behind the counter and a customer were talking about politics, mentioning how being republican is the way to go. This is quite unprofessional for the person behind the counter to engage in politics in front of other customers. I'm not sure if he believes being disrespectful and mean to the customers will win their business. I asked how much are the prices for raw cones and he said they were $3.50 and then ended up charging me $4.40. Keep in mind I paid in cash. I have never paid that much for a set of cones in my life. It seemed like the guy at the counter was making fun of me by asking me why I had a coat on when it's hot and had an upset look on his face. I tried making conversation and being friendly yet it seems like he took it as weakness, quite immature if you ask me. We were talking about taxes as I was hoping to pay less since I had paid in cash. I told him how being a single independent on taxes take up a huge portion of my income so I understand then, he proceeded to say what does filing as a single independent have to do with a business. It just seemed like he wanted to argue. I believe this person is in the wrong field of work because he has to work with all walks of life. Explains why the place is so empty and hardly any customers inside. This was so rude and standoffish, he reminds me of that one bully in high school who only got older. I attempted to make convo but it appeared like he wasn't having it, I'm not sure if it's because I'm of darker skin complexion. It seemed like my presence bothered him or if I owed him something. I will refrain from doing business with this establishment. Instead, I will look into other smoke shops around the area. Explains why it's just him and no one else, I don't believe anyone would want to put up with his treatment. Please save your time and money instead take your business else where. As a consumer always keep in mind you have the right to take your business elsewhere. Personally, I don't like to support business that treat their customers poorly. As he was helping the other two men a female walked in to purchase a lighter and again I'm still looking lol so I said go ahead please help the next customer , The Gentlemen said ok thank you .... I mean he couldn't have not said anything like most people do and just ignored me and started to help the other customers who where willing to buy quick but I wasn't ignored the whole Time!!!!! The customer asked him a question the employee said oh please let me help this customer first then I'll come back to you I said it's ok go for it I'm still looking lol..... once everybody walked out i thought I had made my choices and wanted to purchase.
