I knew the store had homophobic workers that don't wear masks but I really needed a vape pen and I live right by the store... I've never felt so intimidated in my life going into a store. My boyfriend and I were stared down and gossiped about. we definitely didn't fit in and did not feel welcome. I went in and they sold me a product that didn't work. It was a real hassle to get what I needed - I was very specific - puff/passionfruit-flavor - and they were definitely giving me a hard time trying to sell me the worst product on the market - those vape pens that don't sell - you know, that look like little wine bottles and light up in rainbow colors that are synthetic. I just wanted my puff! it was right in front of me behind the counter! All in all, I called the smoke shop on my way home and said the vape pen didn't work. they said I should have tried it in the shop! I said its illegal to smoke inside a store... What a waste of my money, dignity, and the establishment should tell EVERY customer to try their purchased products in-store before leaving if that's their policy and not discriminate. I've never been to a store where I felt so unwelcome. Nice job Mr. Smokes! read more

There are plenty of smoke shops in town so what you're ultimately looking for is competitive pricing, selection, and friendly customer service. You often get two out of three of those at best. VERY VERY nice man and younger guy working there....helpful, patient, a NICE amount of Vape equipment, nice amount of juices and fairly priced. I did find the VAPE equipment a bit high priced verses some other places I found, but I will definitely go back and see if I can find something else to my liking or maybe strike up a deal on the item I want ...No matter I will go back and buy batteries or juice because I want to help them AND HOW CAN you compete with them hours!!! Came in today and purchased a Peach Ice Puff Plus. Opened it once I got home and realized that it was fake. Once I opened the package and realized that the color of the device looked different. Thinking that maybe they could have changed the device up as they have in the past changed things like lettering and colors on exterior. So I went on Puff bars website to verify code on back and what do you know it. IT WAS FAKE. Please just save your time and money. read more

They've lost a customer. I've bought several batteries here with no problem. I found one I consider my favorite and all of a sudden it stopped charging or working, despite the button still lighting up. The guy working today was nice enough but would not exchange my battery for a new one even though I had receipt, everything including box. He even tried it and could see it didn't work. He said the owner was the only person who could replace it or it would come out of his pay check. The owner isn't back til Monday. I work during the week. This is just bad business when there are so many smoke shops around. On to the next one! read more

This smoke shop has an amazing selection on different varieties tobacco products and hookahs. The pricing on Fumari hookah tobacco completely surprised me on how cheap it was. I've yet to encounter another smoke shop that carries the products i need for such low prices. I bought a small bubbler from this place. It was only $17.99, but I still expected it to last me more than a month. After only a few uses, the design on it got wet when I rinsed it out, and it started coming off! So, I took it in to exchange for another... and I was even willing to pay the difference to get something nicer... but the owner refused to do anything about it. He actually yelled at me and told me "It's not my fault!" And he said that I should contact the company that made it. I asked what the name of that company is and he replied "I don't know! I just buy it and they send it!". Are you kidding me? You won't back your product when it fails and you don't know WHERE you bought your junk from? I will NEVER spend another dime at this place. I don't appreciate being yelled at for YOUR faulty product. I will GLADLY take my business elsewhere! read more
