I was just helped by two lads named Chris and Adam. They provide grade A service and assisted me right away, they make you feel welcomed and will help you with any questions or concerns. I had a hard time choosing products but they both genuinely helped me make the right selection. I would recommend this place to anyone searching for a good vape shop. I have been going to Mr.Smokes in Northhollywood since they opened, and I happen to be in Glendale today so I walked into the Glendale shop.... To purchase 2 puff bars, and all I wanna say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm speechless the second I walked in I was greeted "Hello welcome" I literally felt so good and welcomed, I stared to browse around the Gentlemen who was behind the counter asked if I was finding everything okay? And asked if he can help I said thank you I'm still browsing as I started to look more more... 2 men walked in and the Gentlemen asked if it was okay to help the other customers while I still look and I said ofcourse!!!! As he was helping the other two men a female walked in to purchase a lighter and again I'm still looking lol so I said go ahead please help the next customer , The Gentlemen said ok thank you .... I mean he couldn't have not said anything like most people do and just ignored me and started to help the other customers who where willing to buy quick but I wasn't ignored the whole Time!!!!! The customer asked him a question the employee said oh please let me help this customer first then I'll come back to you I said it's ok go for it I'm still looking lol..... once everybody walked out i thought I had made my choices and wanted to purchase. Then politely said thank you for waiting he was so nice and respectful..... I literally was shocked !!!! Today you walk into a shop they don't even say Hello" This man was an Mid age Man who literally wen out is way beyond out of his way to service his customers and me !!!! I felt very appreciate I was so thankful for his outstanding service I literally payed walk out the store and I was like no way!!! I need to let Mr. Smokes know right away I sat in my car called the shop in Northhollywood and I spoke to the manger on duty whitch I didn't catch his name but I spoke the manger for about good 6 minutes about my service today and thankfully I got the Gentlemen name Karen!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can keep going on and on!!!!Note: it's so amazing how some people today do believe and offer customer service!!! Service doesn't mean just ringing up and letting them go..... I wanna give a big huge shout out to Karen Mr. Smokes in Glendale for maying my experience for the first time in the Glendale location fabulous!!!!!!!!!!! VERY VERY nice man and younger guy working there....helpful, patient, a NICE amount of Vape equipment, nice amount of juices and fairly priced. I did find the VAPE equipment a bit high priced verses some other places I found, but I will definitely go back and see if I can find something else to my liking or maybe strike up a deal on the item I want ...No matter I will go back and buy batteries or juice because I want to help them AND HOW CAN you compete with them hours!!! I knew the store had homophobic workers that don't wear masks but I really needed a vape pen and I live right by the store... I've never felt so intimidated in my life going into a store. My boyfriend and I were stared down and gossiped about. we definitely didn't fit in and did not feel welcome. I went in and they sold me a product that didn't work. It was a real hassle to get what I needed - I was very specific - puff/passionfruit-flavor - and they were definitely giving me a hard time trying to sell me the worst product on the market - those vape pens that don't sell - you know, that look like little wine bottles and light up in rainbow colors that are synthetic. I just wanted my puff! it was right in front of me behind the counter! All in all, I called the smoke shop on my way home and said the vape pen didn't work. they said I should have tried it in the shop! I said its illegal to smoke inside a store... What a waste of my money, dignity, and the establishment should tell EVERY customer to try their purchased products in-store before leaving if that's their policy and not discriminate. I've never been to a store where I felt so unwelcome. Nice job Mr. Smokes! read more

There are plenty of smoke shops in town so what you're ultimately looking for is competitive pricing, selection, and friendly customer service. You often get two out of three of those at best. Fortunately at Mr. Smokes you get all three. Most important to me is the "bedside manner" and how I'm treated as a customer. Keep up the good work. read more

I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH. Not only are they a convenience store but also carry tobacco products. How much better do you wanna get? You can go in get anything from candies to household goods and an amazinggggg selection of tobacco products. Puff bars 13 bucks???? Amazing. Parking is amazing. Customer service is beyond perfect. Came in today and purchased a Peach Ice Puff Plus. Opened it once I got home and realized that it was fake. Once I opened the package and realized that the color of the device looked different. Thinking that maybe they could have changed the device up as they have in the past changed things like lettering and colors on exterior. So I went on Puff bars website to verify code on back and what do you know it. IT WAS FAKE. Please just save your time and money. read more

They've lost a customer. I've bought several batteries here with no problem. I found one I consider my favorite and all of a sudden it stopped charging or working, despite the button still lighting up. The guy working today was nice enough but would not exchange my battery for a new one even though I had receipt, everything including box. He even tried it and could see it didn't work. He said the owner was the only person who could replace it or it would come out of his pay check. The owner isn't back til Monday. I work during the week. This smoke shop has an amazing selection on different varieties tobacco products and hookahs. The pricing on Fumari hookah tobacco completely surprised me on how cheap it was. I've yet to encounter another smoke shop that carries the products i need for such low prices.
