He even got the spots only the owners of the vehicle see. I will return every time I am in the area. If the cost is too high for your pocket they have a $6.50 regular wash also.

But some change occurred recently and now they train their crew on some scripted gym membership type of hustle where they won't even display the cost of a single wash until they tell you all about their stupid dog treats, lollipops, carpet scents, customer lounge, etc associated with their membership plans. I'm in business so I get it. You can pump up projected revenue better with easily-forgotten subscriptions than organic traffic flow. But train your losers to drop the timeshare rental sales approach and cut to the transaction. I just want the salt off of my cars and not an "experience". I can't even imagine how many flatworms fall for this schtick and sign up for memberships only to forget about them, while ownership either takes out loans on pumped up revenue projections, or prepares to sell an over-inflated business to some rube. It is cheesy at best, and predatory at worst. Be warned that these clowns also own a location on Hartford Road in Manchester now too. Same desperate games there I'm sure.

The inside of the windows are barely cleaned and on this last visit (Tuesday, June 16) they only took a couple of wipes on the front and side windows and never touched the back windows. I had to clean them myself when I got home. Also, the tire shine was typically done, but now it seems I need to request it. I don't mind paying the price for the full service when it's done well, but I'm beginning to think I'll have to find another service.

I bought a used car from a friend and it was covered in tree sap. I also needed interior cleaned. First, they were over an hour past their appointment. It was me that texted them to see if they were lost. Also, I was quoted $200 for my car detail and an extra $30 for the sap. I will say, I wasted my money. I have a product that gets sap off the car, (heck Goo Gone works). The sap is still basically on the car. There is no "ceramic coating", I assume it is just the Chemical Guys car wash that is supposed to leave a ceramic coating with the wash. I have a pump bottle ceramic coating I use and you can feel it like a car wax, this does not have it. To me, what I got was a car wash with an interior cleaning. That technically is a car detailing but I have had similar at a place in Simsbury and it definitely was better than what I could do. It was done in my driveway (they came to me, which was nice). The car is clean. That's really what I wanted. I just feel I overpaid for a drive through car wash with a good interior clean.

8/22/26 I have noticed that the stalls for self-washing are…read morestill unkept and there are debris and dirt and mud and litter when you pull your vehicle into the bay. The nozzles in some of the bays are worn and some leak while you are washing. I am still noticing that employees are not busy and some are just standing around looking at their phones. The lazy generation of today's workers are on full display at this location. The sides of the inside bays sometimes are covered with the red foam, and the hoses are hanging in the way when you try to pull in instead of being checked that they are stored in their proper place after each vehicle leaves. The person that washes their car or truck might not care about the hoses, but the owner should care because if it busted by someone pulling into the bay it might cost a lot of money and an insurance claim.

You won't know until they don't show. Mine was in an area they are 'only on the weekends" but they confirmed the appointment over and over again in the days leading up. Absolute clown show. Then, they you some deal because they know you are pissed. Dont' deal just skip this one, save yourself the trouble. When pressed about why they take appointments on days and/or areas they aren't servicing the response was "I don't know what is going on with that". Perfect.
