Buyer Beware. After booking Mrstache photo Booth as a gift for my son in law at his and my daughter's November 7 wedding, they never showed. Turns out that in the MORNING of the event he started to feel bad, and had NOBODY call to let me or the venue know he would not be able to make it. I own a small business, and only if I were actually dead would I not have someone call for such an important event as a wedding. While I understand last minute illness or even surgery, I don't understand no phone call from anyone associated with the business. This shows there is a serious lack of professional treatment by this business. I never even received an apology. Not a note. Not an email. Nothing. read more

We purchased a three hour photo booth rental through Mr. Stache for our wedding in May. Prior to signing our contract Mr. Stache was very professional and responsive. Once we sent over our signed contract though they were difficult to get in touch with. After finding other negative reviews I was concerned that they wouldn't show to our event. After multiple attempts to contact them, a month before the wedding they did finally reply confirming that they would be there. On the day of the wedding we were relieved when they actually showed up. It has been a month since our wedding and we have been trying to get in touch with them to get a link to our online photo gallery so that we can download copies of all of the photos taken. Unfortunately they have been unresponsive: their website is no longer active and email goes unanswered. At this point we have started a transaction dispute through our credit card company since they have not met the terms of our contract. We hope that they take the transaction dispute seriously and send over copies of the photos so that we can get this resolved, but unfortunately that doesn't look like it is going to happen. We wish it hadn't come to this, and would rather have the photos to relive our special night, but Mr. Stache has apparently disappeared into the night and is making no attempt to contact us nor deliver what we purchased. read more

Beware! My event was 3/12, the photobooth was a no show to my wedding. The day of my wedding I called Josh, the owner of the company, about 5 times and I got no answer. Following the day of my event I've been calling and emailing, and i have not gotten a call back or any kind of response, not even an apology for taking my payment in full and not showing up for one of the most important events of my life. Initially when i inquired, josh was very responsive via email and phone, he even emailed me my contract very quickly and accepted my payment in full, however the days leading up to my event he became nearly non existent, with responses like, "I havent gotten back to you because I'm so booke up with other clients", and then followed it with "i could be charging you for these additional services." Long story short, I am still waiting on my $460 refund which i have yet to hear about. The only thing i can say is this company is nothing short of fraudulent, and if you are looking for someone reliable I urge you to keep looking, because he may show up or he may not... he may just keep your money. The only thing i regret for the day of my wedding is choosing this vendor. read more

Saw a LivingSocial deal a few months back, and contacted the owner specifically, because my event is a few miles out of town, and thus outside of the LivingSocial range. He tells me no problem, and that was that. We filled out the contract, paid the fee, and thought it was a done deal. Fast forward to 10 days before my wedding, and I haven't heard a peep from Josh, and after unanswered calls and emails, discover that the business has been sold. So I ask for my money back, and Josh writes back almost immediately to say that they plan to see their existing contracts through. I plead for more details, ask for more info, and no response. He says they'll give me a refund, and I've asked for it... but nothing. A cheap photo booth is too good to be true, I guess. I just want my money back so I can figure out a solution. Do Not use Mr. Stache. He is responsive until he gets your money and then he is not responsive. I tried for weeks before my wedding to contact and get ahold of him to verify and go over details. His phone goes straight to voicemail and he doesn't return phone calls like his message states within 24 hours. He doesn't return them at all. He also doesn't return emails. I left a bad review about his unresponsiveness in a facebook group. He saw it and three days before my wedding he emailed said he wasn't going to show to my wedding. He said he would refund my money and he has not. He will not answer his phone still and will not respond to my emails. DO NOT BOOK HIM! read more

I attended an event that had these photo booths and decided to use them for my daughter's wedding in October. The night of the wedding, they set the booth up but could never get the camera working. Big disappointment. The owner called me to apologize and guaranteed that I would be refunded my full amount (which is a no brainer, right?). He also sent me an email saying that he was immediately mailing me a check to cover the refund. Three weeks later I have not heard a word or gotten a refund. I have called and emailed many, many times- he doesn't respond to emails and doesn't answer or return my calls. He likes to say that customer service is their priority but that is a joke! There are too many other photo booth companies out there to waste your time and money on someone who doesn't know how to treat their customers. read more

This business is a SCAM! If I could give a negative star above, I would! I booked with them on 2/1/2016 for an event on 4/16/2016. I sent in my down payment for $200, and was in good communication about the details of the event, and spoke on the phone with Josh a few times. I also sent an e-mail on 4/15 confirming with them, and an e-mail was returned saying, " We'll be there!" They did not show up, and the automatic phone number from Google goes to another person NOT associated with the company at all. I tried calling several times this week and sent e-mail, but no reply to the e-mail and they never answer the phone. I also left a voice mail. I am now going to take legal action. We have a non-profit organization, and the $200 should have gone towards a scholarship for a student! read more

Buyer BEWARE!! Booked and paid on 4/4/16 for an event on 4/22/16 and they were a NO SHOW. Tried contacting night of with no response at all. Finally heard back from Joshua on 4/26/16 with an apology and a promised refund of full amount $375. As of 5/31/16, nothing. No refund and no longer responding to emails. When first purchased, we went through Groupon. Owner contacted us and told us he would give us a better deal if we went through him. We cancelled our Groupon and paid Mr. Stache Booth Rental directly. Obviously, that was a mistake. I have copies of emails to prove all the above is true. read more

I guess I can only reiterate the other reviews. I booked these guys because they did the photobooth at my friend's wedding and it was fantastic. However, they cancelled the day of my wedding (I think an hour before) not giving us any time to find a replacement. And after months of phone calls and emails (both without any response) they still haven't refunded our money. Unbelievable to me. read more
