You pay by the pound after the meat has been cooked so it shrinks in size but still ends up being quite expensive. But I will stay the staff care so much about their products. They take great pride in what they make from the smoked meat to the turkey. Upon picking up the turkey, took the time to give me specific care instructions on how to store and reheat the bird.
